Nice bike, when it works. Mine was defective out of the box. Heybike customer service ranges from laughable to infuriating. Currently pursuing "warranty"claim. BEWARE buying a Chinese made bike until you have satisfied yourself about the level of customer support that you might need one day! Interesting how there is a flood of very happy utube reviewers getting excited about these bikes and others uncannily similiar, it might be a bit more useful if the reviews also examined the supplier and manufacturer credentials, maybe just briefly, although I suspect that the supply of free bikes to review discourages that? UPDATE March 6th. Still waiting for meaningful response from Heybike. The safest way to own one of these bikes is to become a reviewer and be given one, then cost and service are of no consequence. And yes, I am rather angry now!
Hi there. Did you get a resolution? I have just been told that the order I paid for isn't available to next month even though they have took my money. Trusted reviews I have read seem to say refunds etc are hard work and communication from CS is bad. I am now fearing the worst.

That's bad news. I was contemplating this one or the Fiido C21, both Chinese.... but this put me off...
