The guy is constantly asking U.G. questions so he can find comfort within his own mind of what U.G. is saying lol that's why U.G. is always chuckling throughout the video haha people cannot accept life for what it is. They always want life to be what their mind creates through comfort. It's just the way mind operates. Like U.G. often says "Mind is a protective mechanism. It is always seeking for ways to keep itself alive."

Vinay Smith it doesn't need a basis. Does the universe have a base that it rests on? Stop with this constant need for scientific evidence. BUT, cats blatantly have some powers, just be more observant

In UG's case, probably first hand experience and observations. ESP, PSI, quite possibly we could still find scientific evidence in the future, even if only it turns out such things are "mere" supersensitivity.
