Wow, this is great! I got Strategic as my #1 and I wasn't sure about it but then when you started talking about figuring out the plot twists in movies, I realized that was totally me too! I have had to stop telling people my predictions on where the movie/tv show is going as to not ruin it for others. TV shows especially, I have noticed the pattern in shows to the point that I'll stop watching it cause it's stopped being exciting.
This has helped me fall in love with strengths finder and showed me a little tunnel to falling in love with myself at a much needed time. One great insight and a source of great frustration is my thinking I’m am nearly always being a great communicator. Now I’m realizing I’m more interested in the strategy behind communication. I’m a Nonviolent Communication nerd and my drive is to prepare and enjoy my love with the map of the conversation (and the person) that I’m making. This can be a little self deceptive when the feelings and needs of the person I’m working with are part of my map making process, but the reality is that I often I lose sight of the real life person I’m speaking with. There’s a real time element to people that can’t be captured on a map. Sometimes I have to put the map down and actually sail the seas with vulnerability. I need to trust that I’ll be ok without the map after putting it down so I can be fully present with someone. In order my top 5 strengths are strategic, ideation, activator, adaptability, Communication

Thank you for doing this! Very helpful. Pls continue to help us! 😊🙏
This was one of the best explanations. I'm not surprised since she had strategic in her #1. It's also my #1.
How is there only 9 other comments? This is literally the map to the golden goose.
Best kept secret. 😊
Lol, strategic #1 and I ALWAYS read the end of the book first!
How do I learn more about growing into a mature strategist?
I have strategic as no. 1, but it’s not a big deal. It’s just part of who I am, like my birth mark 🤣
Same.
I am strategic and futuristic! Want to hire me?!
Me too!
