I think the wall art is good but it just needs a substantial frame, which would help greatly with the scale. I think the four framed bird prints is much better. The brown in the birds echoes the table. Love the rustic table. It is very modern.

So funny. Just bought a new very large Rustic wood table for my kitchen. Got it from structube I live in Vaughan, Ontario. ( suburb of Toronto). Don’t know if you have that in the states. Love it! Love your table too.

Hey, Tanya! What a pretty, clean but not barren, look for your dining room makeover! I'll be honest and say I didn't think I was going to like the new table - rustic isn't really my thing - but once in place and with your other changes, I LOVE it there! It doesn't "read" as rustic as I had initially thought it would as it's not too distressed and still has crisp lines. It's sort of the perfect level of rustic!
Love the lighting and how you got exactly what you were looking for. And your rug gives the perfect finish - adds some interest but "stays in its lane" and doesn't try to take over the room! 😂
I love the bird prints - they're exactly my taste - but the painting was beautiful, too. I liked the height it added, but agree it needed a bit more width. If that was actually your preference, maybe the right frame would make it feel better proportionally? You could add cardboard or paperboard around the outside (fastened to the back) to see if that helps and what size would work.

I love your new table and pendant! I noticed you removed the wallpaper from the back hall. What are your plans for the hall? A different wallpaper maybe? I think it added a lot of character and was an interesting background to the dining room.
Not sure if I’ll add wallpaper back to the hallway. However, I moved it to my entryway and love it there! It’s in my entryway video if you haven’t seen it.

Hi the table is a fantastic find! Don't get mad but I don't like the rug. The stripes on it clash with the table in my opinion. The bird pictures are perfect and the new lighting is so much better. 💕
