@@elterrible2007 No it ran on all of the premium channels that summer, in fact, I used to record movies on cassette when I was a kid and Zapped! was one of the movies I recorded from a showing on The Movie Channel with this intro. I still have the cassettes.
No it didn’t. Seemed to only be used from late spring to mid summer 1984. I remember thinking this looked really cheap and kinda slapped together but maybe it was only for temporary use until the new package came out. This was in use while the channel was still under WASEC ownership. A new graphics theme package came later in the summer under the new ownership with Showtime
I see this and I think of Zapped! starting after it. That was the summer I was watching it on cable, every damn time it came on
I thought Zapped! was only on HBO and Cinemax lol. Just learned something new
