My own experience suggests that the ketogenic diet is over-hyped. A good diet ougt to be easy to adhere to and be healthy. Agoge diet is a good option, I lost a lot of persistent belly fat.

Great idea! Everyone loves chips, and these are healthy. Great way to get the kids to eat zuchini! I think I'll dehydrate them in my air fryer for 45 min first and then brown them up at 400. Can't wait to try them! Once again; Thanks Cheri!
Let me know how it works! My daughter is going to try to do cucumber chips in her dehydrator this week so I'm anxious to see how they turn out too:)
Before I had an air fryer, I would do zucchini chips in the oven ... about an hour at 170 degrees. Had to keep a close eye on them, because even at that temperature they can be over done. Can't wait to try it in the air fryer though!
