Very beautiful concept... just a small inquiry though and I really hope that this will be addressed:
Its noticeable that the project has a lot of swimming pool and Jacuzzis. Cebu is not known for having big lakes/rivers or dam. In fact, Cebu has a water supply crisis (look it up please). What is the plan for the water supply? 😃

Will the local residents in the area who cannot afford these condos that you’re building, be displaced? How will these excavations affect the topography of the area and how will these affect the residents living near the area?

Hi Slater, have you considered the current flood situation in Cebu despite the not-so-heavy rains? One of the big questions is, will this project make the flood situation worse? Especially in Guadalupe area.
Also, I'm really amazed by this design and how it benefits the home owners especially in the years ahead. It also doesn't crack the form of the mountains that much and this is really a next-level condo living!! Looks and feels like a house already. Congratulations!

@@badasslevizoro3799 so? what if he really is just curious how the system work in this project? people like him are what makes a great ENGINEER or an ARCHITECT. Being curious is the bridge towards creativity, passion and mind-boggling hardships that makes an engineer pass the most hardships that came with learning the job. If that is what it takes to ignite his passion so be it. Do me a favor--the next time someone asks something about this, be smart instead. If you have nothing better to say, just shut up and let the guy learn and be more curious as how things work.
Typical Pinoy mentality where people like you enjoy mocking those who are passionate with learning something. It is better to be stupid to learn something, rather than be stupid for the rest of your life. People like you use the words "wag na di ka rin naman bibili" as a pretext for having no money or being POOR is not worthy of such an answer.

We rarely get to see developments like this where they truly embraced nature and creativity + function. The Rise at Monterazzas will not just be a residential area, it'll be a landmark! This is very well thought of, I don’t think you left any stone unturned! From rainwater harvesting system, sightline study and future proofing it by adding car chargers, I’ll definitely put my money on this one! I just need to figure out how to ship my tesla to Cebu! This is nothing short of glorious! Such a beautiful organic yet modern-looking work. This is what the future should look like. Also, a good demonstration of why design is and should always be an iterative process. While the initial versions were pretty honest - this is next-level. You were able to really iterate in the most positive way possible.

Everything Slater says is brilliant. This is a brilliant idea that would revitalize Cebu as an appealing getaway destination. However, with all of these outstanding concepts sprouting up throughout the city, I began to wonder if the government is ready to step up and address the city's myriad challenges, such as heavy traffic, waste management, and, of course, floods after heavy rains due to our watercourse's poor condition, etc. I hope our local administration would utilize a system that meet our city's incredible progress.

How many trees will be removed? Does the city have the proper and sufficient drainage system to manage flooding? Does your project has sewerage system to comply to clean air and water act?

As much as i love the design and the idea, correct me if im wrong but i believe this massive project will consume more concrete/cement than a single high rise condominium with the same population. Cement alone is the source of about 8% of the worlds carbon emissions. So this is far from being eco friendly.

Condos and apartment complexes tend to have freight elevators for moving large and heavy stuff, will there be a dedicated funicular line for that?
