Did you participate in Safari Week? How many shinies did you win or fail?
Currently only at one. I am in overtime. Still in phase two just broke 38000 REs

@@ThedomiNATION It’s been raining all day today, hopefully a sign the drought is over.
Unfortunately no since the only Pokémon game I have is new snap. Planning on picking up BDSP some time so I can participate next year though! I definitely want to try and get a shiny carnivine.

I ended up finding a shiny Oddish, which fled, a Doduo, which fled, and a Wooper, which i caught thankfully. I truly hope your luck can turn around for your next hunts! 🙏

I can sympathize with the Krabby fail, I found one this year and threw 2 balls both 3 shake faking and it fled. But I was happy with my results, caught a larvitar (couldn’t believe it), caught a Cacnea, caught a ponyta, failed a Krabby, and failed a cleffairy. Congrats on your Krabby which I hope to reclaim and doduo which is still haven’t found in FRLG yet!!

I got one shiny, a Bibarel in BDSP. I caught it, which is very cool. I wish I had gotten more but I wasn't prepared hah

encountered shiny hoothoot, bibarel, ekans and geodude. caught everything except the bibarel. pretty good considering i only played on a single ds at a time, and still had to work and do college stuff throughout the week

Although it happened a month ago, I caught a Shiny Dratini in Leafgreen after failing it a year ago after having to deal with 16 Shiny Goldeen/Seaking in a row. Nice finds you got too by the way.

I have SS, but I keep changing the time (without penalties if possible) but it doesn’t seem to work when getting rarer Pokémon. Do I have to change the day itself or put it to 23:59 every single time?
The blocks for the safari zone work different than normal time based mechanics in HGSS. There is a way to manipulate it but I haven’t done it so I do not know from experience. @@ThedomiNATION ok, I just took a look at it. I have a DS Lite but I can’t unscrew the battery case because it’s still broken and it has a green screen. That’s why I’ve been using the 3DS. What I was trying to ask was: for the 3DS, if I want rarer Pokémon, do I have to put my clock at 11:59pm every single time, or can I skip the date and put it at 11:59pm the day prior. I know I have to wait until 12:01am but I’ve also time traveled back to the past to the current time of day. I just think that may have something to do with it
@@stefanielonn4164 again I have never messed with it so I don’t know. I don’t think you can simply time skip like that. Apparently the blocks effectiveness is based on how long you’ve had the specific area placed in the safari zone and not the blocks so if you’ve had the area places where it is for over 250 days, the blocks you place will give you the rarer Pokémon. Stop by the time next safari Week rolls around you should be able to get the rarer Pokémon from your areas

I had a question I'm hoping someone could help me out with. I recently got a 3ds with bank and transporter but the nintendo network id on the 3ds is not mine and I'd have to format and get rid of everything in order to put a new one that's mine, so my question is can a network id that's different on bank compared to my original ID on pokemon home can they transfer to each other or do the network IDs need to match?
The bank ID shouldn’t matter as when you go to transfer to home, it just gives you a code to type in on the 3DS and when you type in the correct code, it’ll connect the two
