Baked Salmon with Lemon and Butter |阿屋厨房 Awoo Kitchen
Ingredients: (for 2-3 servings)
1 lb fresh skin-on salmon 一磅新鮮帶皮三文魚
1 Tbsp garlic salt or to taste 一湯匙大蒜鹽或根據自己口味調整

2 Tbsp unsalted butter, cold
2 Tbsp olive oil, divided
