Tynemouth to Whitley bay walking along the seafront is absolutely beautiful, the sheer expanse of the sea is amazing and the coffee shops and bars along the way are wonderful, the beaches are all blue flag and easily some of the best in the world as they are pure white sand and ultra clean, it's sooo beautiful there !! 👫😎🍵🍸☀️

Ahhhh, What a small world ! I'm from Forest Hall ( I was born there ) lived there most ( almost all ) my life, I moved ( from Forest Hall ) to Whitley Bay about 10 years ago, love it ... I thoroughly appreciate the location. Having been born in Wallsend and residing on Margaret's Road in Whitley Bay, I vividly recall the bustling nightlife during the 80s. However, upon my recent visit after a three-decade absence, I discovered that all the amusement arcade shops had vanished and the entire area had undergone a remarkable transformation. The revamped appearance is truly captivating, now presenting itself as a serene retirement destination along the coast. The local residents are absolutely remarkable, their demeanor exuding warmth and kindness. Regrettably, my professional obligations are rooted in Asia, but I entertain the thought of returning to this delightful haven for my retirement. Undoubtedly, it is an idyllic place to reside, emanating tranquility and inhabited by genuinely lovely individuals.
