I would like to thank you very much for this video. I have been trying to find more information related to how business requirements are created and let me tell you your delivery is beyond amazing. You do not give a bunch of fluff you simply walk a person step-by-step through the process and I cannot thank you enough my heart is literally jumping because how excited I am about what you have shared I would definitely be looking more into your program so that I'll be even better. Gathering requirements a really, really big thank you and I wish you great success

Great video. 👍🏻
Thanks alot for the video
Very good and very helpful
Thanks for the help 3 years later!
Extremely helpful!!!
I have one question here when we right Acceptance criteria you mentioned only one possibility and suppose "app user " did not enter valid credentials then how we will write it.
Do we write another GIVEN WHEN THEN statement or only WHEN THEN we write again.
Can you please clarify my this doubt.
Just starting as a “Implementation PM” am I essentially a BA?
What happens if the new change impact the existing stories. Shall we update the existing stories (i.e. maintain single source of truth) or, shall we should create new stories ( in this case how do we track the latest version in Agile) ? What if, Product backlog become too huge and new change start impacting 10-15 story at a time?
Good video!!
Life saver!
Angelo, I got a role as a BA and this is my first time, I am so overwhelmed and afraid, but you, sir is a blessing. You have no idea how you are helping us. I love you and I will support you by purchasing your course. Bless you!!!
Hi, I am also new here, how is the course helping you? I would love to hear feedbacks before purchasing too. Thanks 😊
@@mushroomkenai Honestly I did not purchase the course, I just watched UA-cam videos
Are you still currently a Ba?
So how’s the BA position 3 years later? I’m considering a career change in this direction. Talk to me! 😌
@@Queen_Ce Well if you like lots and lots and lots and lots of zoom/face to face meetings, if you enjoy planning, analyzing and solving things then you’ll enjoy this role.
Acceptance criteria in business analysis is same as definition of done in Scrum.
Bro do you recommend buying your course? i am genuinely interested
Less than how more of what. Great video
Thank you
As a new BA I want to write concise requirements so that I can write user acceptance tests for assigned projects.
Very nicely explained, I am watched many videos but this was the best explained one. Thanks
The way you explained is Good..
But But But it has been observed that there is a struggle to break complex user stories. Splitting user stories is essential for exact requirements and capturing minute details as well.
Can u show an example of how to write a good user story to deposit a check on mobile app
This video is little complicated to understand for what exactly the user stories are? But more helpful for those who want to start their career as a Business Analyst or already a BA.
Interesting, I found this to be the most down to earth and practical explanation I've come across.
I’m interviewing with a company that is actually using Waterfall with no plans of moving to Agile so I’m having to relearn the old way 😢
So what happens if you have 10 day sprints and it would take 11 days to deliver and there is no point in delivering less? Please don’t conflate scrum with agile. Agile does not have fixed iterations, scrum does. However, this is a good guide for most BAs I’ve met. With the exception of that I am of the opinion that BAs shouldn’t exist anymore and they should transition to other jobs. Just my opinion though.

Forever good
Your teaching style is very nice but the cost of your guide is so high. I think if you make it low price more people will willing to buy it.
Thank you ..Well explained
thx for your efforts
