all my 4 years at the university didn't know what major to specialize in, I learned CS for 2 years then shifted into business for other 2 years, this video has just opened my eyes to see clearly what I all wanted and I'm very grateful. Best explanation I've seen! I've been a business analyst for about a year and my role was never really defined for me by my bosses. But if I had to describe it, it'd be exactly this. In fact I've described my job as being a liaison between our business side folks and our IT folks.

Isn't it much more better for a BA to learn how to be a Product Owner so they can work in Agile? The two roles kinda intersect already.
