for some disassembly required, up arrow means keep up the switches a and b have in common, down arrow means keep up any switches on in both a and b, and the circle means keep up the switches that a and b have opposite of. hope this helps!

some disassembly required: uses computer logic gates ie. Up Arrow = Logic "AND", Down Arrow = Logic "OR", Cross in Circle = Logic "EXCLUSIVE OR"

The radio does not turn on when you activate the dial, how you did that still confuses me. In fact the radio doesn't turn on at all, maybe it's a bug on my end.
Try to complete certain endings that you haven't gotten in order for the radio to turn on.

If you're skipping steps in the video, then you won't be able to understand how to turn on the radio. If you haven't opened the safe yet, that's one step you need to do first.
