  • The first episode of the newly titled Dialogues on Truth podcast is with Nikki Walton, who hosts her own podcast called GoOD Mornings with CurlyNikki. Topics include: the purpose of being, the difference between the thought ‘I am’ and the experience it refers to, and the two types of prayer.
Rupert and Nikki also explore why, despite knowing that freedom is available to us at all times, we often return to conflict and sorrow, and how we can make our way back to our essence when we are overwhelmed by experience. Rupert concludes the discussion with a guided meditation.

Sometimes I think the perception of being in or out of awareness is awareness playing hide and seek with itself..... there are no words left in awareness.... thanks beautiful video

I've been delving into non-duality for years and today I gave it all up as my world is crumbling around me and find myself self saying "There's nothing wrong, it just is". Well sorry, NO it's not right and I've have to do something! However, I just found this video and I find Rupert's teachings very comforting. It seems to be more truth that all the rest of these so-called speakers. My comment is genuine and comes from a breaking heart 💔

Non-duality also means non-judgment. May your heart heal. If there’s anxiety in us, pretending causes more pain cos there’s trauma stored in our bodies. I applaud your bravery to share your feelings as you continue on the journey 😊

@@cvstaden Thank you, very-very helpful! I'll certainly do this and see what can be done.
I think my problem is that I may have confused 'non-doership' with non-duality and let everything in life slide. Other non-duality speakers I've been following have said that any process/meditation that's supposed to 'help' is for the individual/mind and won't lead anywhere because only the mind looks toward a future outcome. Well in my experience I don't think they are right and this has messed me up big time.
Not heard of Esther Harding, will go into the teachings you suggest.
Thanks once again for your brilliant advice!🙏

There is no god or deity or divinity but God, Exalted and Glorified is He from those humans who claim Godhood, Great is He above what they claim, and for those who are Muslims (submits) to God, they are the rightly guided.
God is the Most Great, there is absolutely no deity nor god nor divinity nor any man living or dead who is divine except God.
I look away in terror and again in terror and again in terror from the liars who claim Godhood and from the atheists and their atheism and everything about it, then I turn my head and face to The Light and The Truth Who is God, in Islam (submission to God) and as a Muslim (one who submits to God and His Will).
There is no god or divinity or deity nor is there absolutely no divine human living or dead.
God is the Greatest, He is the Most Merciful and He is the Most Good...
The kaffirs, who never praise nor worship nor pray to God, those are the liars.
As for me, O God, write me among the witnessers, that bear witness that You Exists and that there is no god but You!
And I bear witness and testify against the atheists and the self-god claimers...
      That they are the liars.
Exalted and Glorified and Holy and Divine is God!
They will taste death, then they shall meet God, that's when, they will see, who is God, and who is not.

That is So Helpful to me, the thing about dualistic prayer being the highest prayer for one who still feels that they are a person....I love when Rupert said, about whether or not a prayer he's saying is dualistic, "I don't care", because it's the feeling and attitude that matters....

"The sole reality that exists and is known in this state of egolessness, nirvāṇa or salvation is our fundamental and essential consciousness ‘I am’. Since it does not identify itself with any delimiting adjunct, our essential and pure consciousness ‘I am’ is a single, undivided and unlimited whole, separate from which nothing can exist. All the diversity and multiplicity that appears to exist so long as we identify ourself with a physical body, is known only by our mind, which is merely a distorted and limited form of our original consciousness ‘I am’. If this consciousness ‘I am’ did not exist, nothing else could appear to exist. Therefore, our fundamental consciousness ‘I am’ is the source and origin of all knowledge - the one basis of all that appears to exist."

Once you marry your experience of 'self-enquiry meditation' (focussing on the feeling felt as 'I' - prior to language) with the electrical interpretation of 'Non-destructive implosive charge-compression' as shown by Dan Winter (youtube) - things will never be seen the same again.
Its all about pure and universal principle (exclusively negentropic, electrically defining; Life, metabolism, immunity, perception (inc colour) and what it is to be electrically centripetal or subjectively grounded)
    - learning to abstract and to sustain a sense felt point of focus that is non-verbal - to allow the implosion of charge at the Planck threshold in order to access and embed in the larger array (which, on the contrary, is the 'collective UNCONCIOUS' or 'ancestral memory' i.e. the shareable wave)

Rupert, if this world experience is a prison and perfect everlasting bliss is our true reality, why do we continue to create this experience? It feels like something is missing from the way you describe our I Am & the I Am's relationship to this world. Mellen Thomas, a man who was clinically dead and came back to life, spoke about his experience in the Void. He said that although there was infinite potential in the void, it meant nothing without experience. Surely there is a purpose to experience, otherwise the infinite, all loving I Am wouldn't allow all the suffering and cruelty. Surely a deeper awareness of true, infinite love requires the experience of 'other'.

Hello everyone! Before I delve into my thoughts, I kindly request Rupert's team not to delete my comment as I genuinely want to engage in a friendly discussion with fellow meditators. Firstly, I'd like to express my immense gratitude towards Rupert for his teachings which have deeply influenced my spiritual journey.
However, I have recently encountered some aspects that don't quite align with my personal experiences and the texts I have studied. In one of his previous videos, Rupert mentions that awareness is primary and dismisses the notion that there is a void behind awareness from which it arises. I respectfully disagree with this perspective.
Based on my understanding, the sense of "I am" or beingness is a reflection of the absolute or para brahman, which can be seen as a stepping stone towards realizing our true nature. In my own exploration, I have found that progressing from personal identity to the state of "I am" (beingness) and then expanding into spaciousness (non-beingness) ultimately leads to a profound experience of the absolute or nothingness. This state transcends awareness/beingness and is often referred to as the self, para brahman (turyatita), or everything in Advaitic teachings, and as shunyata or nothingness in Buddhist teachings.
Rupert argues that awareness, which is aware of this nothingness, is primary. However, it seems to overlook the existence of a state beyond awareness known as turyatita, where you do not even know that you are. I believe it is essential to acknowledge and explore this state as well.
I write this lengthy comment not to profess absolute truths, as some experiences simply cannot be adequately explained through language. Instead, I hope to initiate a friendly and open discussion among us. Thank you for your attention.

Turiya is actually matter... Or the lowest level in conciousness...
Just like a blind person has conciousness of only touch and odour and not colour...
The mind contains the memories/experiences as well as the ego and ...the soul/being is the state of awareness without mind/memories and ego/thoughts , completely in the present with no past and future since it is a void...like a camera that has no thought and desire it just observes...
These all state exists becs of the material mind exists...
When a person dies the mind is erased like a memory drive loose all the data when its burned... And only matter is left... And he loses existence as an individual...
Shunyata aur advaita claim there is no existence other than the universe itself... Or the universe is eternal... And the universe is called brahmand, brahman- the smallest concious unit(matter) in advaita and shunyata in buddhism....these both terms re actually the same concious unit...

I see awareness as the natural limit to what can possibly be contemplated by a conscious mind.
Further exploration leads backwards toward consciousness and limits with labels and concepts.
Stillness thus is the closest glimpse I can get at a truly abstract infinite spiritual presence-leaving existence behind. A peace beyond understanding.

Awareness, void, “I am”, beingness, absolute, para brahman, true nature, spaciousness, non-beingness, nothingness, self, turiyatita, everything, shunyata, or any word in any dictionary… are all different labels for the exact same THIS.
There is only THIS, no matter how it *does* or *does not* appear. THIS is always THIS and nothing else.
Side note: Awareness is direct/non-reflective. It is never actually awareness “of”, which would be the experience of separation. The way awareness knows a cup, for example, is not by viewing it at a distance from behind the eyes, but by being, or rather appearing to be, the cup (and the total visual landscape). What we are calling a cup, or the visual landscape, or anything else, is nothing other than awareness itself being itself and nothing else. The labels are ultimately arbitrary.

@@-Boundless- Saying it only awareness is not exactly right... Since brahman does not do anything and has no intention no knowledge... It seems it is a process, following a set of defined laws...
Which makes the past , future and everything determined already as it is following a law..
Which makes time an illusion or just a perception becs we live only in present...
And the entire universe on a memory device from start to end in an another universe which has its own time running...
This is creating such infinite repeatitions of same thing...if this infinite regress exists our universe should never exist... Which is opposite to reality...
      Infinite regression:
Suppose there re two person A and B at infinite distance, A can never reach B no matter how much or how long he travels towards B... If a universe comes into existence in another universe and before it there re infinite universes the present universe can never exist at first place...
In Non-dual philosophy the same happens...
