Great video. First time I think I've seen you demo some ECS.

How would your partner know you where only doing to do single triple steps and a rock step instead of the basic pattern?
Great question. #1 you'd need to know that this timing change is possible. (like learning the basics, you have to learn a few different things to become comfortable. #2 from there the leader lets go of you just a little as he then slides the hand down your back. That should clue you in that the sliding door is happening. I hope that helps! -Brian
@@WestCoastSwingOnline good explanation. It might not be perfect because its a little vague but I at least give a hand squeeze or wink before I change from the basic step.
