Great video. I know it’s not rocket science to do a compression test but I always scan UA-cam for vids before doing something I’ve not done before on a specific vehicle. With 220K on a 96 xj happy to say all were 145-150.
Wondering if I should retorque my spark plugs. I did about 1/4 turn after I felt the gasket seated but I doubt it’s closed to 30ft lbs. is there a noticeable difference in the way it runs if the plugs isn’t torque to spec?
@@dad3562 Yeah no problem, if the starter is easy to get to the remote is great for saving time and energy. no pulling fuses, no running around the car 4- 8 times. Thanks for commenting , let me know if you need anything else.
Mechanic Secrete ? ? ? Pssst, got a Real "Secret" for ya, "Secrete" means to Exude or Extrude unless that's a foreign spelling I misunderstood, in which case, I retract my comments. 😉
