If heating up in traffic = clutch on mechanical fan no good (replace clutch) Does it spin very easy by hand? If so, it's worn out. If running electric fan = not enough cfm electric fan. Also could be dirty radiator ( lots of deposits). Driving it cools fine means it's getting enough air to cool. This leads me to believe fan issue. I'm enjoying the videos. I noticed the colored stripes on tilt lever matching the body stripes. That's a really cool little detail.

I filled the windshield washer tank with gas and ziptie the hose to the carburetor stud and limped in like that once. 😊pump it and go.

Never use your crank bolt to turn the engine by hand UNLESS all the plugs are out. 😂

If your engine is running a dizzy with vacuum advance, it should be full time VA, not ported from the carb. VA.

Was the filter blocked. Or something else. Weak pump. It blocked lines
No blockage. Just a pump failure.

yep just a bad pump. We replaced the filter right before the trip.
What was the cause of the replacement pump. To not give 6psi
It was rated for gas but wasn’t really an automotive pump. Once we got the right fuel pump the pressure was spot on

Yes I think so. Wrap the headers and swap to electric fans with an aluminum radiator
