My concern is my big box to store all from a previous Kickstarter is already full, how am I going to store all this? Probably I will get everything except the standees, if I want figures will likely grab them out of DC United.
@@TheKingofAverage I want a third multiverse box. I have the original retail that now has some of my overflow, but it doesn’t fit the larger character cards well, I have the larger Kickstarter one that is totally full and clearly not big enough.
I love DC and would have backed all in the one from last year, but they dont have a solo mode, and i play 99% solo, so it was sadly and easily a pass for me, lol
I play against a proxy foe. I just try to get in character every time it's the foe's turn and be fair in looking after their best interest. It's pretty fun but sometimes it's mentally complicated to keep track of individual strategy and options.
I don’t understand why anyone would support this company. After them giving the finger unapologeticly to backers of Ghostbusters II and The Walking Dead, they are on my “never again and warn others” list.
@@TheKingofAverage - I only backed GBII, so I'll let a TWD backer give the details there. Regarding GBII, in quick rundown fashion: they let most of the design team go before the game was finished, and never bothered to actually finish the game. They completely misled backers on the expansion/add-on boxes (showing full graphic boxes, and delivering unmarked, brown cardboard boxes). You can still see all the pictures on the campaign page: www.kickstarter.com/projects/cze/ghostbusters-the-board-game-ii/description. They expressly hid the fact that all boxes other than the core game box would just be unmarked brown. The dice tower add-on was also a complete joke, looking nothing like the concept art. The sleeves pack didn't include the right number of different types of sleeves. It's obvious that the campaign did not make as much as they had hoped (see the still locked SGs), so they decided to cut their losses and just release what they had to "fulfill" the campaign without finishing any of it. The result was a broken game in plain boxes, frustrated backers, and a completely unapologetic Cryptozoic. As a huge GB fan, I can house-rule the game and play it, but it was Crypto's attitude towards the whole thing that made me go "never again" if they are involved.
@@ricardohernandezvega8588 - Please feel free to check. It’s all true. And the backers didn’t know about any of the bait-and-switch until people started receiving their pledges and reporting it in the comment section of the campaign.
@@treyl175 for what I could see, ok the ghostbusters 2 game Kickstarter they promised translations and didn't deliver. They simply said they'll come and they never followed up. Oof 😣 being ghosted by a company you backed can feel like being ghosted by a romantic interest that you thought was also into you, so I get it. From the position of the company it probably was a complicated situation as well, that they didn't want to come out in public about, so they probably also dealt with guilt and regret, yet that's not excusing them as they should have been more forthright with people who believed in them.
@@ojb1044 I've never once rated any game a numerical value so I'm not sure why that'd be expected from you. As for time stamps, I appreciate feedback. That was a shorter review (for me) and fairly conversation style so I opted not to try and time bound and summarize parts. But I can understand the desire for them. Perhaps you prefer my really quick speed reviews that are scripted and quick?
@@TheKingofAverage I think this was fine. I don't need the time stamps here as I would do in other conversations where it's more a topic per topic breakdown. This was a good monologue 👍
Awesome, I just went all in with the Stand Up pledge. I can't wait to play as Two Face and Scarecrow.
Niiiiice!
Finally a preview! Thanks!
Sorry it's a bit late!

You want the Multiverse box :)

Shakiest table ever? Stick some napkins under one of the legs! :)
Lol right? It's a folding table. Really need to build my GeekNSon table....

How'd they do that?

I'm interested in fact checking this again. Am gonna discard the comment as interesting noise for the time being.
