It's made in Korea, and the case is a standard dean case with fitted insides. It comes with a vmnt owners manual and an allen key. I can't remember if it has an authenticity card or not. The Chinese rips will probably say it's made in USA

Dantrag28 I honestly can't remember but it is a very cool outro though. I don't think there's a rhythm guitar behind the harmony and melody at the end, just a bass line. I haven't listened to it for a while though

I do understand it's a recent thing, but Megadeth has been playing in D for like almost a year, since the beginning of the CTE tour, I think. They have already played this song in particular in D also.

I said "been trying". At this point I'm matching up notes with the recording. I think they're in E minor/G major and I think Marty is using the Hirajoshi scale in the solo, I can't tell. It was more a question of the scale being used but I still wasn't sure of the key either.

The song is in E minor only for the open E strumming, the rest is in C minor.
