This is an educational video.In this video i'm going to make Fountain pen nib using 9 volt battery at home.This is fully homemade nib.It's an easy project.After watching this video anyone can make this nib at home.

what did you do for the tip off the fountain pen? Fountain pens usually have iridium tipping so that it can write smoothly on paper?
Yes.It can write so smooth.To make homemade smooth nib you have to rubbing it so smoothly..Smoothness is fully depends on your rubbing process for a homemade nib.Thank You.

I'm planning to build the G Pen that used to drawing japanese comic (manga), it have very sharp nib and i think battery tin case is not strong enough to maintain the tip shape. It would be bended easily.
You can also look into dry bamboo dip pen as it can be used to draw manga, it's very stiff and and an replacement for g pen. Also using any type of thick strong metal pen stylized using this technique would work as well.

This is 9 volt battery, used for general puepose and it's for one time use.You can use this battery for Digital Multi Meter,Radios,DC Motor,L.E.D light etc.Thank You.
