I drilled my holes with the headlight upside down. I did a 1.5 hole saw to cut the outside wall, and then the 1" to do the strobe in the main headlight part. Drilling with the headlight upside down keeps the shaving to go in the headlight itself. Nice job.

Holly fuck batman slow down! You could of shown where the first drill hole is and second hole better then that! the second drill hole very inportant! Especially for someone who hasn't done this! Not impressed how it was sealed off!

Anything larger than the 1 inch hole. I believe he used a 2 inch. I either use a 1.5 or 2 inch, depending on the area where I am working.
