What i liked is you specifically told which manager care about what, like project- deliverables, program- benefit, portfolio- outcome. And i dont really know what is difference between deliverable, benefit and outcome

Oh wow, thanks Damian for such wonderful feedback. I really appreciate it! Yes, there's plenty of resources out there. One of my favourites is www.projectmanagement.com/default.cfm it's got a huge amount of resources plus a thriving forum. If you're on Twitter there's a weekly project management chat #PMChat on Tuesdays 9 PM GMT 4 PM NYC 9 PM London & 8 AM Wednesday Melbourne. There's also some great groups on LinkedIn and a hashtag to follow there is #HAPMO. It's also worth looking on your local meetup site to see if there are project management events going on. There's usually at least one PMI Chapter and maybe some special interest groups as well. I hope that's useful. Cheers, Rhona
