Should I worry about it? Thanks in advance!
First part, maybe something a future version of BIOS release could optimise for. Second part, re: noise - as long as when it spins up it works, it's fine. Fans may rarely be very slightly de-centred / it doesn't typically affect the performance; when you get the unit serviced under warranty in 2-3 years (e.g. thermal paste refresh), just mention it then to Lenovo - they may be able to replace the heatsink&fan. Not really urgent from the sound of it.

Thanks for the info, after some deliberation I ordered this p14 gen2 amd, most configs are not in stock or stupidly priced so it was between e14 amd or this one. e14 was better value but i was bothered by less usb and the hdmi 1.4 so had to be this one. About the wireless comment, afaik in the amd model wireless card can be swapped out, which i am hoping as my machine will come with realtek one and I want to have another try at Linux as desktop and wouldn't want to mess with kernel recompiles (modules, dependencies, updates... ugh...). Basically Lenovo didn't offer any real option, the ones existing were expensive and/or with 6+ weeks shipping, so i found the 1 store in Germany that had one config so I guess I'll take it. The 1400 euro i'll pay for the 32 gb ram version (base ssd, will have to upgrade it myself looking at the pricing) is a lot of money for a personal laptop but there's not a lot of good options, even used prices are pretty crazy. A t480 is half this price with third the performance.

Sure. 1) Lower screen brightness. 2) Slide the Power setting to "Best Battery", 3) close the unneeded background apps.
Lenovo vantage also let you partilly charge the battery if you mainly used it plugged, charging it up to 80% instead of 100% increase its longevity
Within Vantage software you can put lower and upper threshold for battery charging.
