How do you create custom scenarios for an ATC3 game? I like this game a lot but the default scenarios get boring after awhile. Do you just use a hex editor or is it more complicated then that to create one?
I found a solution 1st put voices ex dal 2 change list_vhhhx voice and type the airline though kal and aza are atc2 exclusive and you need a special device to do this as for the dal voice just delete the a and l and type d. D stands for Delta or DAL okay thats how i could do

I like ATC4 better, because I noticed that the game's graphics are better, but ATC4 has only Japanese airports, this one has Hong Kong airports
