Dear friends you are right. But no matter how many times you listen to professor Brian and Kaku. They are everlasting new.Yet the thing is practise makes perfect. All the best to you science lovers....!
They're the contrary to that and the worse thing for the field right now, they contribute to the 70 year stagnation with no real physics advancements, we need to move past Einstein and strings and be looking for another theory
Not much of significance... unless you're part of the 0.0001%. I still encounter folk regularly who don't know the difference between a moon and a planet... or they don't know there are 8 planets in our solar system... or they don't know what a galaxy is or the scale of the known universe... Most people are clueless. Any 20th century science production would be well over most people's heads lol. That's sad.
By uncovering the mysteries of the quantum realm, we gain deeper insights into the fundamental fabric of the cosmos and the interconnectedness of all things, paving the way for future discoveries and innovations.
Anyway Roger Penrose recently said in a video that the wave function HAS to collapse or "everything would be quantum" (wavy). That fact totally discredits many worlds interpretation.
If quantum entanglement states aren’t predetermined or determined when entanglement occurs, then it would lead me to believe they must be still connected by another medium. Maybe on a small enough scale, certain interactions happen more strongly or weakly than on a macro level. Maybe particles “speak the language” of spacetime and are connected by it, either all the time or through quantum entanglement and maybe entanglement involves spacetime being entangled as well.
My best guess is that faster than light speed exist and that's what we observe as "spooky" action. If we observe something moving through space time at a high speed while stationary, the object would appear as a blur or be completely imperceptible, the problem is we aren't observing at a high enough frame rate
Great presentation! Thank you! I would be interested to know more about the photon entanglement experiment. The interesting thing about teleportation is that you can only extract what you need. And it sure sounds idiotic, but if true, 21 grams is a lot of information.😅
There is one book which is explaining why the weirdness of the quantum world is not going into the biggest structures of the Universe. The title of this book is - "Theory of Everything in Physics and The Universe"
@@valentinmalinov8424 I didn't criticize it before reading. I have read some parts in in that are complete nonsense, e.g. that you argue that time in GPS satellites should slow down according to relativity. That is obviously complete nonsense, as there are two processes happening, kinetic time dilation and gravitational time dilation. The former makes time go slower by 7 microseconds per day (due to the high speed), and the other makes time go faster by 45 microseconds per day (since they are farther away from Earth's gravitational source). The faster component is bigger, so the net result is that clocks on GPS satellites run faster (38 microseconds per day! Furthermore, you apparently don't understand general relativity, as you argue that GR cannot explain why stationary objects should move toward the center. While GR explains that that is due to time (the trampoline comparison is just a simple, physically incorrect, example to demonstrate a principle). Another example, you obviously don't understand the true nature of time. And at the end, well, there you totally lose it......

This looks like an updated version of this video created after Alaine Aspect, John Clauser and Anton Zeilinger won the Nobel prize in 2022 for proving that the universe isn't locally real
9:01 I have read that this is not a true! Please make video about the new discovered facts about the orbits of the electrons, because they do change non stop all the time and oscillating, witch means it is more complicated then changing orbits only when receiving abstract energy and when relеаsing it. The scientist that have discovered that is Ph.D. Zlatko Minev. Please check out and make new video about it PLEASE! I like Brian Greene lectures - really understandable. Zlatko Minev for me is to hard to understand . Also make more deeper videos about the alfa beta and gama radiation... what ever I find in internet about radiation is like for children. The dynamics of it is important.. Not the stupid Chernobyl history, we all know all about it from a long time ago :(
So good, love that you're reposting the old gold... I can't count the times I've rewatched this... it makes the fundamentals so approachable for me.
Hope you upload part 2 and 3 as well ❤

This is as mind blowing as was Cosmos presented by Carl Sagan and it is so well written that we normal people can at least have a grasp of it.
Great to see the future Nobel prize winners John Clauser and Alain Aspect for their entanglement work here along with Steve Weinberg etc
PBS now posting videos without their original air date. Sad. This one's from 2011. I wonder if we've learned anything of interest since then?
Agreed.

Good show! I don't have this DVD in my collection.
Realy I like this video so so much its so interestyng
I should have found this video, but I am happy that they oploaded it just recently. It's really such an amazing video and explanation.
Why super old documentary
Because quantum science has not changed in 100 years.

Really, are you trying to push your own book? And that certainly doesn't explain the true nature of time.

18:15 - So, "this particular little part of space" ... does the probability wave _correspond with _*_the electron's quantum orbits?_*
39:35 - The _"explanation"_ re-states the hypothesis supposedly being tested.
