Hi and welcome to the Lesson 19 in DMAD - Marine Mammals Research Association's second free QGIS course. This course if for beginners to intermediates. For some reason a lot of people find contours quite an intimidating topic but following what we've already learned in this course we can use our raster to add contours really easily.
I would love for the courses to continue, they are great! Thank you so much for doing this Tim!

When I started from scratch two weeks ago, I even had to download QGIS because I had never used it before. Today I am about to start the Intermediate course. Thank you very much.

Hi TIim!!! I am loving these lessons! I do have a question about this one though, when i try to do the contour, i write exactly what you do (500m) but i end up having a lot more contour lines than you do... why would that be?thanks!
