"Dragon Ball Saisen" was born from the fusion of my love for Dragon Ball and Animation.
I used "Toon Boom Harmony", "Autodesk Maya" and "Audacity" software.
It took 14 months of my spare time to complete it.

This hits even harder after knowing Toriyama's gone. A true love letter to both his manga and anime work.
To me, THIS is what DragonBall is about. Enemies becoming friends and characters growing, combined with awesome action! This captures what I've loved about this series for over 20 years.

When Broly takes off Baa's ears in the final scene, I was moved to see him conveying the message to Baa, who was his only friend as a child, that he has made many friends.

I love how you've given Broly and Goku so much character especially through their quick fight, with Broly being more hands on and relying on punches and grabs since he's still inexperienced and his fighting style isn't refined yet while Goku shows his years of martial arts experience by moving around Broly freely to attack, dodge, and even uses ki blasts to attack! I'd love to see more animations like this because this is PERFECT! 9000/10!
That is exactly what I thought too. You can clearly see that Eduardo put a lot of emphasis on that, that's what love so much about this animation.

I would watch an entire movie in this art style. Also, I appreciate the use of Nozawa and Shimada's voices for Goku and Broly respectively.
With that paper background aesthetic it really feels that the manga panel just came alive.
There's an upcoming adaptation of Junji Ito's Uzumaki that employs the manga animation style. I'm uncertain of the project's release date, though.

This is right up there with the likes of Legend - A Dragon ball tale. We fr have the single most dedicated fanbase in the entire anime community when it comes to these fan animations. 10/10.

Something i absolutely love about this animation is that goku is relying on his martial arts knowledge while broly on brute force, it shows that you have a clear understanding of who these characters are. AMAZING WORK!!
This is THE cleanest animation fight I've ever seen. Captured the characters' personalities so well and incorporated such a stylistic element to the whole animation. If DBS had scenes animated like this, I'd definitely love it a whole lot more.

This is some serious Broly evo , from hating goku on sight and transforming uncontrollably, to looking at goku and remembering himself and how to control the form, total 180 turn , absolutely love this.
Animation was 10/10 Audio in general was spot on along with VFX , total awesomeness here :3 Love the work!

There was not a single way to improve this. That was absolutely stunning and brilliant! Every movement, drawing, sound, was perfect! And the characterisation as little as there was also managed to be spot on! This is something to be very proud of!
I wish we got to see more of this from the Dragon Ball Community, this was a real treat to watch and it was so enjoyable, even multiple watches just cannot stop looking at it again.
It's a massive shame that for an anime as big as Dragon Ball, they never gave it the animation it deserved, this was SERIOUSLY god-damn beautiful.

This is exactly what every old dragonball fan is expecting to see. Goku and Vegeta looking like adults again, big muscles, details in the animations and emotions. What the japanese seem to not understand...This alone is better than everything that came out since the end of GT.

@@gabe2383GT had lower lows than Super, but its highs were still higher. For one, character desings are way better in GT, because Toriyama signed off on and even made some of them and wasn't in his "ah yes let's make all of the strongest, battle-hardened warriors little skinny twinks" phase so the designs actually fit the characters. Also, GT had more creative villains than Super did, with GT having the Shadow Dragons and Baby, which to this day are still seen as some of the best villains to come out of this franchise, while Super only had Beerus and Broly who don't even count anymore, and everyone else is just a lazy rehash of characters we've already seen before. GT also has better-written and easier to follow story beats (aside from the Super 17 saga) while Super's best writing had to do with little things like Goku's solo sparring match before the tournament of power and the buildup to Ultra Instinct. And of course, there's the ending. So far, Dragon Ball Super still doesn't even have a fitting end that goes into End of Z because Toriyama is spending all of his time on power scaling or whatever's goingon in Daima to actually end the series, while GT had the balls to actually end Goku's story in a satisfying way by having him become one with the Dragon Balls.

En solo poco más de un minuto se nota la dedicación y el amor a Dragon Ball. Es una animación excelente que comprende perfectamente el material original, algo que muchas personas pasan por alto cuando crean sus historias.

Let me tell you that this is exactly how I first envisionned Dragon ball Z. This is what got me into drawing and animation man and I bet that's the same for you ! Smooth and yet dynamic fighting scenes, touching moments... 🎉 Fantastic work, I want to see the whole movie now.

Really cool! You could tell this had a lot of effort put into it, and the characters feel smooth! If animators had better pay, less strict deadlines, and were treated better in general, this would (probably) be the end result!
