The city planned to construct a significant public housing complex years before the Dodgers even considered moving to LA. The city screwed this whole thing up by not properly compensating the residents, and some received nothing at all, and it sucks. The city of LA is to blame, not the Dodger organization. People lost their homes, and sadly, this has happened throughout LA's history.
Most people probably don't know local bus options are available. The Dodger stadium express carries the vast majority of bus riders. Anyone going my path would probably rideshare to the stadium. Tonight was people paying $900-$2,000 a ticket and not exactly bus savvy demographic. Regular game days have more people doing this option.

How much is an uber ride from downtown LA to dodger stadium
I would imagine about $25 on game days. Getting out via rideshare can sometimes be a pain.
