If you follow up with a flat iron, or even if you do a light twist out/Bantu knot after blow drying you’ll get that ba ounce queen! Sometimes it hits sometimes it doesn’t. I haven’t straightened in about a year or so ( I love dying my kinks and coils ) and wanted to make sure I gave the strands a chance to heal. I believe I have coarse hair, EXTREMELY thick, but when it’s dry it’s brittle lmao🤦🏾♀️😂 you got this queen! Sorry for the rant🤣

Thank you for this video. Starting to about 2 months ago i started wearing my hair in a big poof or in a slick ponytail. My hair when washed comes out looking the same with shrinkage and all. I love that you were able to show what 4c hair actually looks like. Thank you for showing me how to do a length check with my 4c hair. You are an angel sent from god. I have tried to blow dry my hair about a week ago but it got so tangled, would not completely dry, and it was so hard to get to the back with how thick my hair is along with how it shrinks

I’m not sure what my esthetician uses actually! But they key is to only wax when NECESSARY and when the hair is fully grown out!!
I have the same blowdryer. I got it for Christmas about 2 years ago. And just like you, I only blow dry every so often. Maybe about twice a year.

Ooh somebody who uses the same brand conditioner I do. Actually I use all their products 😅. Also the only thing I'm really worried about is I live in a very humid part of the country all the way down here in Houston Texas and as soon as I step outside my hair would coil back up immediately 😐. I'm just hoping doing this will help reset the curl pattern or something because sometimes you can see like perfect little coils in my hair but most of it's like frizzy and messed up and I just imagine how cute my hair would be if every little section had its perfect coil all that definition 🤤 I don't know if it works that way but we're going to find out.
Oh wow thank you for this tutorial I need to know how to stretch my 4 C hair and blow dry it. My hair looks just like yours but when I “blow dry” my hair it literally looks the same as before I started, only dry. Smh. Found the blow dryer to (Amazon) and will be ordering that as well

This is how I wash my hair! OUTSIDE OF THE SHOWER, because the shower was blinding me & not completely cleaning it. 😂😩 took me 32years to figure out hmmmmmmm let me try a different method Watching this video for my niece who has very long thick hair. Our hair types are different. We went swimming &, I’m not going to let my baby go out looking like a unkept child on my watch. Not While I’m babysitting. Her mom would kill me lol. This method helped a lot thanks sis. Now off to the braiders. Bcs auntie can’t do that & don’t wanna learn I’ll stay in my lane & let the professionals do they Thang lol!

That blow dry works wonders, I have a blow dryer with a comb at the end. Which one would you recommend for thick/thin 4c hair: the comb or brush?
I’ve never tried the comb one before so I can’t say! But the brush really does work wonders
