While Warhorse is busy making story trailers, the Real Henry is evaluating the cost of rebuilding his hometown with all the money he got from quests, treasures, looting bandits (and a tiny bit of stealing)
@@helicalgoose Yeah let's hide the fact that everytime i replay the game i end up stealing so much i could rebuild the entire game map lol, it's just a little pickpocketing 😋
@@helicalgoose you should make a video where you evaluate the mass and volume of Henry's capital. Like, how huge would a pile of 1,000,000 Groschen be...
@helicalgoose I'll venture to estimate that around 30% of my time spent in this game was spent stealing. I love it. Imagine if they had a Walmart in kingdom come deliverance -- think of the implications!
@@the_Leszcz lets say they are all fresh groschen from 1403. So 2,626 gramm => and we got 2.626 kg weight for 1.000.000 groschen (Or 5789,34 pounds). The amount of silver would be, (66.79%) about 1753,91 kg. (3868,91 pounds). The volumen is tricky because groschen are all diffrent in size :/
If the castle was burned as soon as the raid was carried out, how did Sir Radzig manage to escape with the population? The cutscene that shows Henry being burned at the beginning of the raid leaves doubt as to how Sir Radzig escaped
Exactly! It doesn't make sense there. Not unless the fact that Sir Radzig knew Henry was in prison that he thought it was better to sit at the castle instead of fleeing? I am not certain, but just how we know the story so far that part is a bit strange but not a deal breaker. Most people never see that cutscene ever so its not questioned that much lol
I don't think the dungeon Henry gets thrown in is in the castle canonically. They probably placed the model there as the castle courtyard is a place players can't (in theory) access, and so they don't have to render it elsewhere. Still leaves the question as to where the dungeon in skalitz actually is, but it being elsewhere makes much more sense than it being in the castle.
Haha, the game is amazing! If you need any tips let us know. You can ask on Kingdom Come Deliverance on Reditt too they're are usually pretty helpful. Most of my videos are trying to mess with the game quite a bit, so its a way different than the normal game, but its all vanilla game no mods so you could do all these things too :D
@@helicalgoose Thx for the reply . Much appreciated . I am looking up things to get stats up , get money etc . I'm not on social media except YT . I really like it is genuine mediaeval and very immersive without dragons flying around and magic involved .
@facehugger3 For a small fee of 10,000 Grochen you can be a member of our "Feed Henry" club when he feels quite hungry.(Singing lessons from Henry on Tuesdays)
I wonder how much terriforming they did prior to construction back then. That hill is just too perfectly shaped i feel. Never really thought about it before.
Are you gonna do anything special for christmas/new years, or a countdown until KCD 2? And have you decided whether or not you'll stream your first run? We never got to see you react to much 'new' stuff in the game at all, especially story wise, over the last few years as you were basically already a master of this game lolol Can't lie, I think I might be slightly more excited to watch your videos on KCD 2 than the game itself hehe
Funny how much inflation is in kcd I in late game. A real castle that size cost you around 20k in groschen and woud take you at least 3 to 5 years to build. How ever the true cost woud be higher or lower depending on the workforce. For example a Leibeigener or Tagelöhner woud cost you very little, but coudn't work full time. A skilled craftsmen like a smith, carpenter or mason coud be quit expencive indeed. Also the economy of the county is somthing that shoud not be forgotten. If you want to build a castle in the late middle ages, you need the infrastructure and the will to support it. And the later lords that owned skalitz didn't really had skalitz as there home town so to speek. Also the hussit wars than stopped further development in that region for at least 50 years. And after that castles had no longer been as necessary in central Bohemia. Thats why castle skalitz never really rebuild in the first place.
Ah that is Portal 2 music "Cara Mia addio" fantastic ending to the game. Don't look at the video if you plan to play Portal 2 sometime. Its actually brilliant, brings a tear to my eye lol
Many thanks, and I think its true. The only reason I did 5k is that the Pribs guards house is about that price and I figure since it might come with equipment? Don't know but I agree, that should only run about 1-2k, but got to keep it somewhat consistent. Especially when they figure out that Henry is a multi-millionare they're going to be upcharging him on everything. A pretzel went from 10 groschen to 1000 real fast :P
Its worth every piece of charcoal lol Well what we need is someone to mod this to reality. Its too bad we can't get the voice actors part of the mods, but then again KCD2 is around the corner so I don't think it will happen any time soon.
lol, maybe. I might try to do a bigger video to encompass a bunch of them all together, I do have plans for other KCD videos that I need to publish before KCD2 release which is only 9 weeks away, so I need to get on that haha
Three bags of charcoal and a firm handshake ;) Umm, I might do that place if I ever do a whole encompassing region of the area pricing. Just off top of my head, I would guess 100k for the church (being generous here) and maybe another 100k for everything else. Top 200k, but I would think 150ish would be more closely for a generous offer. The town has basically nothing.
Actually no. The town is already on fire when you jump over the fence in Skalitz and the church is all locked up. I tried a few techniques on the church trying to get in there from the top or bottom but as far as I can tell it seems to be a giant "box" with no hollow inside. Usually in most buildings you able to stick Henry's head or body into certain areas by messing around with the horse or items, but that church alludes me to this day. Though I have not tested it to the T, I have put a couple hours trying to get into a couple years ago and nothing was fruitful. Same goes with the belltower, getting there would require some real thinking and setup, though there is no guarantee that it would work so I haven't tried. I was able to get into Talmberg castle during the siege which has a similar height but the payoff was much better than the church as far as I can tell. Maybe there is end game loot in there that only exists if you get there lol, but no so far I haven't got in there or anyone else for that matter :(

Good video to you guys ! But don't forget about Kuttenberg
We've rammed that joke into the ground and somehow that makes it funnier
@Jordan-rb28 Yeah lol 🤣
How much would it cost to build a pc that can run kcd2 tho... starts crying.

Now we need Sasau + monastery next
They should probably be done separately

Thanks for this. I haven’t beat the game yet as I’m stuck in Sasau looking for crimps but I haven’t beat 45k grochen and nothing to spend it on

Haha, oh god, that would've been a great title.
Well the castle wasnt rebuilt

Compared to the wooden walls the stone walls seem quite cheap, I you consider how high and thick they are.
Great video. I think that you overpriced the arena though. A simple fence costing almost half as much as the whole tavern? That's too much haha
