Pancake Recipe:
🤍WET INGREDIENTS 🤍
🥞3 room temp eggs
🥞1 cup milk
🥞4tbsp oil
🥞2 tsp vanilla essence
✨ mix together ✨
🤍DRY INGREDIENTS 🤍
🥞1&quater cups flour
🥞1/4 cup sugar
🥞1 tsp salt
🥞1 tsp cinnamon
🥞3 tsp custard powder
✨ add to dry ingredients, then mix✨
🤍dry cook in non-stick pan on low high heat

Fajita Recipe:
🌯 two chicken breast fillets, sliced into strips
🌯 one onion, halved and sliced
🌯 one green pepper, sliced
🌯 juice of half a lemon
🌯 8 to 10 tortillas
🌯 100g of lettuce, shredded
🌯 one avocado, peeled and diced
🌯 two tomatoes, chopped
🌯 fresh basil leaves, chopped
🌯 15ml olive oil
🌯 salt, black pepper, paprika, and any spice of your choice
🌯mayonnaise and jalapeño sauce to serve
🌯 Place your chicken,onion, pepper, spices, lemon juice, and olive oil in a bowl and marinate for 15 minutes in the fridge
🌯 after 15 minutes, add half of the marinated chicken and fry until the chicken is cooked through. Season as desired to taste.
Tortilla Recipe: Store bought tortillas or pita bread can also be used.
🌯 add one teaspoon of salt to 160ml of warm water. Stir until well dissolved.
🌯 in a bowl, mix two cups of cake flour with 100ml of melted butter or margarine until you reach a crumbly consistency.
🌯 add warm salt water to crumbly mixture.
🌯knead for 3 minutes on clean counter top.
🌯let dough rest in bowl for 20 minutes.
🌯divide dough into 10 equal parts and roll out into thin circles.
🌯dry cook in non-stick skillet or pan.
🌯 to serve; spread mayonnaise on the tortilla, add the cooked chicken, lettuce, avocado, tomato, basil leaves as well as jalapeño sauce.
🌯Roll to close and pin down with a toothpick.
