Hey, Rikudo; you were right about the story system telling you to unlock Ultra Instinct before fighting Jiren. The only problem is that you already had Ultra Instinct from the last episode so it let you progress with the story without the notification.
Toppo was like "You are to weak for me raise up those stats and change them in your settings or you will not be worthy to fight me weakling"

1. They could fill the bar in the middle with bedrock and the rest with coarse dirt.

Hey rikudo when you going in training you can see "Battle Power" and it's staying in normal you can change that to "Higher" and it's will be like full power so better change that
Do you have any mods aside from Dragon Block C or is it just DBC? I've tried Modpacks and even the one I usually use for Singleplayer, but Singleplayer just doesn't work for me anymore.

Riku I noticed that whenever your health hits zero, whether or not you die, you revert back to base form and your ki goes to 0%, I’m guessing it’s because when your health hits zero you start to like actually die unless you clutch, so it automatically reverts you to base form and brings your ki down cuz ppl don’t die while transformed yknow, you lose all your strength n stuff then revert back and THEN die

I forgot to mention in one of your other videos, Kaioken has a chance to set you to 0% by basic configuration. If you want that gone, you'll have to edit the config for that.

Riku the reason your ki keeps going to 0% is because the enemy gets you really low so your kaioken turns off and strains your ki to 0%

I found something out about ui yesterday when I was looking at the config. I found a config folder only for ui and I discovered it has a counter rate so apparently ui can counter attacks from players and mobs. Also I tested something and ima do a video on it so everyone can see it
Also you know you can still jump riku? You dont have to fly necessarily 🤦♂️

Lower your Battle power to 5% and stay under a two block tall roof, then you can put on your weights and then spawn in the shadow Dummy.
