- BREAKING NEWS!! YSL Young ThugAttorney Brian Steel EXPOSES Judges and Govt AGAIN in NEW COURT FILING! Steel is blasting on EVERYBODY!! Let's review these brand new court documents! Context: Judge Glanville and Young Thug Attorney Brian Steel face off again today as Lil Woody is set to EXPOSE Young Thug! We all know what happened yesterday--let's see what fireworks occur today! Context: The judge presiding over Young Thug’s lengthy racketeering trial held the musician’s attorney in contempt on Monday after being confronted about a private conversation reportedly held between the judge, prosecutors and a state witness. Brian Steel was escorted out of the courtroom after refusing to tell Judge Ural Glanville how he learned of the meeting, which he said occurred in the judge’s chambers before court began Monday. “You got some information you shouldn’t have gotten,” Glanville said before directing deputies to take Steel into custody. “You’re not supposed to have communication with a witness who’s been sworn,” Steel told the judge before asking for a mistrial. He was later allowed back into the courtroom. The witness, Kenneth Copeland, spent the weekend in jail after refusing to testify on Friday despite an immunity deal contingent upon his testimony. Copeland apparently had a change of heart on Monday and was brought to the witness stand wearing a blue, jail-issued jumpsuit. He said he heard that prosecutor Simone Hylton also reminded the witness that he could actually be held until all 26 defendants have their cases disposed of, regardless of how long that might take. “If that’s true what this is is coercion, witness intimidation, ex parte communications that we have a constitutional right to be present for,” an outraged Steel told Glanville.

I spent 16 consecutive years incarcerated here in Ga and I was guilty , couldn’t imagine being incarcerated and innocent with no bond and the trial being handled the way it is so far would definitely affect the mental

I truly agree. I myself spent 17 years in 3 consecutive bids, here in New Jersey and they work the same as GA. They have you sitting in the county with no bail, they keep adjourning court dates over a year, and the same is happening with thug. They know 85 percent of those getting locked up doesn’t know their constitutional rights so they basically have you warehouse until it breaks you, until you start saying “I’m ready to cope out” that’s the reason why many counties started locking down the units making it 23-7 only one hour out to drive a person insane, frustrated, and emotionally drained and forcing one to think about walking in the prison yard instead of fighting the case. This operational movement is designed to make a person cope out…..I bet you a thousand dollars that if you ask Young thug if he ever thought about coping out, just so that he can get out of this county, I bet his answer will be yes! We all know he’s not going to cope out when having a banging ass lawyer and he’s doing his thing but honestly, this jail/system was designed to have a person cope out 💯

But definitely if you have a lawyer yes you can beat a body I seen it myself after 8 years locked up, but you will never beat a body with a public defender, just get ready to cope out to a lesser charge 😝
The best is when Steele or Shardt file a motion about something and after arguments, Glanville tells them that he will deal with it when it comes up. Then, when it comes up and they stand up to object, Glanville yells at them "Why didn't you bring this up sooner? Why are you waiting until now to have me address this?"
Yeah this trial was tainted from the beginning, Granville needs to recuse himself!

I saw in there Woody was granted immunity even from Federal prosecution, yet no county in any state has jurisdiction to grant such immunity.
Yeah, I think she used wrong term "immunity". I'm not sure if she did it so Woody would understand or it was trickery. She meant statute of limitations passed on crimes they were aware of.
neither of those things is true. woody was granted use immunity, which means he could still be prosecuted by any court for any of the things he admitted to, the police would just have to say that they are using evidence that didn't come from the trial.
The other kind of immunity is transactional immunity, which shields you from prosecution from any court for any of the things you admit to regardless of how the police get evidence. Federal court can't prosecute you either
She is also providing legal advice... The advice is incorrect but even still she is not allowed to provide legal advice. Additionally telling him things like "you wanna get out and see your kids" sounds like a threat too me
@JohnDoe-hi2sz I think she thought she was saying it in a way to make him understand, because she thinks he's a dummy! But he fully understood, because he told her himself that she was wrong and reminded her that there is no statute of limitations on murder charges, and he already said they like to make up things to lock him up for. I imagine he's terrified of saying anything that could get twisted by them and then turned over to Feds to pick up the charges. He's a lot smarter than they give him credit for

But The da's office has apparently filed rico charges because they never found any legitimate evidence to prosecute these guys with standard state charges. Their "gang unit" was a complete waste of tax dollars because they had no protocol or knowledge to execute legit investigations to prosecute the gangs. Maybe they just assumed everyone would just lay down and take plea deals because of Fear of federal rico cases and past success Federally. That is unless any federal agency decides to investigate, but I doubt any will since biden shields these scumbags because he benefits from their corruption.

Shoot I'm not sure if that isn't the best case. I know the common refrain is that you don't want to win on appeal cause it means you already lost. However at this point I think s good case could be made for prosecutorial judicial misconduct and push for a dismal with prejudice.

QUESTION - Did anyone explain to Woody when they picked him up for court at 0830 on 6/7 that 1.) he had immunity and 2.) what the immunity order meant so he understood it before he testified and plead the 5th on 6/7? If so, then why did they need to have the exparte meeting on the 10th (6/10)?
The difference between Steel and Love's knowledge of law, is worlds apart. Can you imagine a prosecutor who has no firm grasp of Constitutional law, and the rights it affords, bringing a case against you? 😮

thee are only two kinds of immunity- meaningless immunity that doesn't protect you from anything (what woody got) and actual immunity that does protect you from prosecution.
I don't understand how they can force him to testify, if it incriminates him. That is what the 5th guarantees, as your right. Especially as Woody's attorney notified the prosection that his client would be pleading the 5th prior to going on the stand.

However if there is a risk of incrimination and prosecution, pleading the 5th allows you not to answers those questions. immunity removes that risk so you have no legitimate reason not to answer, and because you’re under subpoenas, therefore must testify.
