@@youssefammar2615 "Pound for pound" refers to when someone who is lighter in weight is stronger then someone heavier. An example would be a 150 pound man being able to lift and push more weight than someone who is around 200.

I remember when I was a little kid in the 70's and I was with my aunt at her work. Store was Van Horn's outside of Detroit, MI and Arnold was there promoting some equipment or clothing or something after the 76 or 77 Mr. O title. We walked around the corner and my aunt bounced off his chest. Crashed right into him and almost fell on her ass. He caught her, they exchanged pleasantries and we continued on our way. Had no clue who she had, quite literally, just ran in to. Wasn't until Conan the Barbarian came out that I realized who he was. Nearly 40 years later that memory still sticks with me.

I met both of them back in 1979 when they came to Casey's Sports Store in St. Louis Mo... left a huge impression on me! Franco always lifted HEAVY... ! It's great to see them back in the gym after all these years. You can DO IT at any age... thank you thank you THANK YOU Arnold and Franco!!! Visualization practices of you two not giving up was a powerful force in getting myself through some extreme military training during my 20 year career. Thumbs UP all the way!
