12 Months On Mars: Rover Chokes on a Rock
Вставка
- Опубліковано 16 лют 2022
- In this episode, Perseverance chokes on a rock sample, takes some stunning images and creates the shape of a face on a Martian rock.
Although some incredible things happened in the last 3 months, there wasn't as much to cover in this episode. Once the rover has retreated back to the landing site and starts the journey to the ancient river delta, the team at NASA should make more stops along the way, and inevitably more discoveries. Thanks for watching the series, it's such a pleasure to make!

I was thinking, maby we should send two rovers that could work together next time? clean eachothers panels, pull eachother out if they get stuck, spare tires etc. larger batteries and have one be placed optimally to charge(tiltable panels) while the other work etc so there is always backup power for heating if weather gets bad for a longer time.
There is this perseverance's twin its gonna get deployed incase perseverance get stuck on mars
@@wekiee1572 Oh, nice :)
Agreed

Wow
it's so crazy how literal machines many, many miles away from us seem so much like living things with personalities
Pretty cool to actually see a working moving base on another planet. We take for granted the amazing work that has gone into this achievement. Also and not least of all, the incredible prep and footage you have provided for us. Great narration too. Subscribed.
i love the friendship between rover and helicopter. they so cute >
This is like a movie shortened into a 6 min video. Keep this channel going!
I have been following this documentary from the first episod and it is always fascinating to know how the team is working. Thank you ElderFox for such an amazing effort.
Прекрасные видео загадочной и неповторимой планеты Марс!!! Благодарю...
Россия лучше марса
Absolutely fascinating, thank you for such a stunning short documentary!
Спасибо авторам канала что вы нас информируете о текущей работе аппаратуры на Марсе! Это же для нас безумно интересно и мы радуемся за ваши достижения в освоении ✨
Thanks so much. Very much appreciated the update on where the rover has driven which I asked last video and you came through! I was on line when the very first sojourner/pathfinder landed in the 1990s and have watched every one since.
Yes, thanks for your feedback on the last video! 👍 Glad you enjoyed :)
Top notch video with a ton of info and another example of the genius of our NASA engineers. Stunning pictures, great monologue and as always, a dynamite voice over!
I was eagarly waiting for this episode thanks to elderfox for providing it .
I Was Waiting For This From A Long Time

elder fox thankyou great fantastic work. continue success blessings to all.
Incredible !
Still Love them on Mars. Impressive at that. A1 Job Go to all at NASA.
Amazing content. Keep going
This is fascinating I’ve been watching and learning everything nasa is proving since they embarked on this mission.
My first impression of mars is how similar it looks compared to deserted areas here in earth and all I can think of is far far away in the middle of nowhere in Wyoming
Damn, Mars... So I'm watching this... Another planet.. so happy to be alive , witnessing history..
This makes me feel better about humanity every time. I WISH we'd focus more on this and much less on war and terror. Advancing our knowledge and at same time inventing new techniques and technologies is a win win for everyone.
waiting for next episode make it soon m an addict....#15
This is good competition for the history Channel. Very well done
Finally i was waiting fot this
Thank you.
Yes i need more updates about mars👍
Real nice.

Eugh… *chomp* eugh
Really waiting for the next chapter..
Woooo!
תודה על המידע , thank you..💯👍😃
שבת שלום!!
Too bad the video is much shorter than the previous videos, I feel like in the last 3 months perseverance didn't accomplish much like previous months.
Thanks for the video any way keep it up.
well it's been launching the drone helicopter a lot :)
Keep in mind as well that Mars was behind the sun for 2 weeks. They got it to take the panorama but nothing much else could be done. Yeah lots of helicopter exploring tho :)
Let's hope in a month it'll achieve something.
@@yushah7434 Temper your expectations. It’s a lone robot exploring a dust bowl of a planet millions of miles away where data transfer is literally kilobytes per second. I’m chuffed we have 4K pictures now!
Good point
Everything is fun and games, until Perseverance found a living creature fossils
Mulțumesc 🌅📡🔭🌌
So crazy to me how they do all this with a minimum delay for 20 minutes. Takes 20 minutes for what they input to happen. Yet they still solve these issues
where is 15 months on the playlist
and 18 months
Maybe 24 months next 😢
These rover are a miracle
How many times, Perseverance, have I told you to NOT EAT A ROCK
I’m waiting for the day it finds Spirit or Opportunity.
Where are the next 3 month video please update it
Waiting for 15 months in mars episode pls upload it fast
I was thinking abt. those rocks a lot... so they are removed? great!
Yessir
Wow
Whwre is 15 months on mars ??
When will there be another update!? It’s been 11 months! Cmon I need it!
What I find most amazing the blue sky! If one didn't know it you would think you were on earth in the desert in Arizona.
You took two much I miss those videos I hope talk about James web
Céu azul!!!
I wish I could get it on my iphone, do you have a similar app for iphone users?
별들의 모습이 원래 이러합니다..풀 한포기 없는 운석이지요..지구는 대단한별입니다
I sub you channel sir
wow it's been an year already
Could you update the news from Curiosity too ?
How do they still have energy/power to keep moving ? And how can nasa control ir from so far away ?
The rover has an RTG(Radioisotope thermoelectric generator) which provides the power needed. Commands are sent from NASA which takes 6 minutes for the rover to receive them,
Will there be an iOS version on the app?
Поражает.
excellent visuals of Mars,. now,. get together with those who remember their past life on Mars. They might be able to recall something you are not seeing. 😏🤜🤛🌏 🪐 💫
Perserverance: ooo that looks kool imma eat it
Perserverance: WAIT NOOO IT WAS A ROCK *choking*
Can y’all Make MARSPAPER LIVE for iOS
It's quite the struggle.. Apple doesn't allow an app to set the phone wallpaper. We have some workarounds in mind and it may come in the future.
@@ElderFoxDocumentaries Ok
The man s'English is astonishing!
Yes Sir- you said 39years to get there, how much the fuel cost at the actual high price per litre? again thanks for sharing I love it,GOD bless the USA.
Cant even walk 10 steps away from my house and WiFi disconnects, or Bluetooth 30 ft away. But we can controll a robot from earth to Mars😅
Rover will pass through olympus mos volcano or not sir?❤️
lovely fairy tale:)
....12 months of rock...
And now lots of things really happens on Mars with the Perseverance Rover.
I'm just waiting for the drone to fail out the sky cause of technical issues and tik tok to go crazy saying there's aliens on mars
Jika Mars punya air sebanyak waduk Saguling saja. Bukit bukit anak dari gunung itu bisa dibuat telaga kecil 100 M2 terus menyusun ke bukit paling bawah. Air Saguling tarik keatas pakai pompa. Setelah saling mengairi dibentuk bukit- bukit itu menjadi lahan pertanian besar model Roll link set on until under dan kentang jagung coklat kopi gula dan pepohonan buah tropika bisa ditanam. Lalu air pembuangan dibikin seperti pipa gede kebawah untuk putarkan generator listrik terang menderang dimalam hari. Trims
Can't wait for the next episode? Watch 10 YEARS ON MARS with the Curiosity Rover now:

Great. So now we're the first race to pollute on Mars too. We haven't even made it there in person, and we are already polluting the place!
@@waltershumate5777 do you have any idea what NASA is trying to do or how the rovers even work. They are avoiding polluting or "disturbing" the planet otherwise how are we supposed to tell the difference between a foreign object
Who clean the lenses? Looks dusty. I dont know rick
Umm... I has been 6 months since the last update , is everything okay?
@@sarapolatgabriela5705 hmm.. 10 months now since the last episode. I wonder what happened.

Sounds like the guy from how its made
I like the blue skies of Mars 😅😆😁😆😁. at list get more credible pictures of 😅😆😁😆😁
I wonder if the 2 rovers will meet someday
there is no chance they both move too slowly and are to far apart
Only time will tell maybe will never know
好
Why are there no further episodes of Perseverance after the 12 months episode?
More episodes are coming :)
Some of the videos show a blue sky, while in others the sky looks dusty and brownish. Are these differences due to the Martian climate or are they the result of different camera filters? What is the correct color?
NASA tweeted a few weeks ago that they add the blue colour to see what it looks like. They post both edited and unedited
@@hydromic2518 that's not true if you take a look at some of justin cowarts processed mars images all of them have blue Raleigh scattered skies around the planet do to the trace gases present in the planets atmosphere such as oxygen methane and nitrogen and two of these which are in the periodic table are blue in color went lit.
Une question importante est-ce que Mars elle a là même capacité que la terre en richesse. Tout est-ce qu'il est primordial
keep chųgging Perseverance
Quel est le titre de la musique merci?
