Vegeta know how strong Freeza is in his flying chair, it was over 20 times stronger than him in Sayian Saga, even with his Ozaru for he thougth he is far away from beating Freeza, so it all didn't matter as he didn't even know about Zenkai boosts, as soon when he get this knowledge started figthing Freeza forces to become even stronger, so he has a plan for futher.
To be fair Vegeta isn't wrong here. The death of his father and people are meaningless if he's too weak to actually take on Frieza. At this point all him rebelling would have done is gotten the last of the saiyans killed.

In a roundabout way, Vegeta is saying that he'll get revenge once day for his father and all the Saiyans that were killed. I think that Raditz and Nappa understood his meaning better than anyone.

That makes sense. Goku has already killed Frieza twice: Once on Namek and once during the Resurrection 'F' Movie. So it makes sense that Vegeta should get to be the one to kill Black Frieza.

I think it would have been cool if Super didn’t reset Vegeta's entire redemption arc. Because I think his interaction between himself and Jiren would have been really cool. Jiren has the same mentality that strength is everything and nothing else matters. Vegeta could have shown him how that mentality could lead him to lose if he doesn’t work with the rest of his teammates.

There’s nothing that Vegeta could’ve done to be able to kill Freiza. He was weak and all he can do is train hard so he can have the opportunity to kill him.
He wasnt really saying he dosnt care about his people. Vegeta just understood what time it was and being too sentimental would get him killed essentially in his mind. Actually its foreshadowing of the speech he gave Goku when he died the first time. His true feelings came out in that speech as Goku realized how emotional Vegeta was in his last moments. Pretty awesome writing imo.
Theres a few scenes that make me think nappa could have been a good guy if he wasnt following vegeta around , when they left the bug planet nappa wanted to stay because they called them heros but vegeta told him being a hero is over rated and destroyed the planet , and here nappa shows concern for others than himself , just intresting to think about , we could have had three full blooded saiyans. edit: he also felt alot of remorse after vegeta killed the cyba men , and in another clip a random one off character calls nappa and vegeta bad , to which nappa ask vegeta "are we bad?" In a confused tone and vegeta assures him "kind of"

It's crazy how looking back at this I always thought Raditz (Goku's brother) would be the one to turn good. I never would have thought it would be Vegeta who would turn good and have the most character development of all time.

That makes sense. Goku has already killed Frieza twice: Once on Namek and once during the Resurrection 'F' Movie. So it makes sense that Vegeta should get to be the one to kill Black Frieza.

The more I look into Nappa as a character the more potential he would have if not killed off.
I think it would have been cool if Super didn’t reset Vegeta's entire redemption arc. Because I think his interaction between himself and Jiren would have been really cool. Jiren has the same mentality that strength is everything and nothing else matters. Vegeta could have shown him how that mentality could lead him to lose if he doesn’t work with the rest of his teammates.
Vegeta cared but knew he couldn’t do anything about at his current state. Which is why he wanted the dragonballs. Even if he couldn’t overpower Frieza, bro was gonna put his endurance to the test😂
Vegeta did care, actually. He cared a lot, and he still does. His overwhelming desire to be the strongest was how he was coping with everything. It's all he had left.

Actually its foreshadowing of the speech he gave Goku when he died the first time. His true feelings came out in that speech as Goku realized how emotional Vegeta was in his last moments. Pretty awesome writing imo.

Theres a few scenes that make me think nappa could have been a good guy if he wasnt following vegeta around , when they left the bug planet nappa wanted to stay because they called them heros but vegeta told him being a hero is over rated and destroyed the planet , and here nappa shows concern for others than himself , just intresting to think about , we could have had three full blooded saiyans. edit: he also felt alot of remorse after vegeta killed the cyba men , and in another clip a random one off character calls nappa and vegeta bad , to which nappa ask vegeta "are we bad?" In a confused tone and vegeta assures him "kind of"
