Love the reunited ring videos!! Men really should look into silicone wedding bands when on vacation or any water activities. My husband is a firefighter so he can’t wear his nice metal band most of the time, they all have to wear silicone/rubber bands for safety & equipment purposes. He wears the rubber one to the gym and during any outdoors/hiking/scuba diving/ocean/fishing/camping activities. I got him a few packs for his work bag and hiking packs in case he loses or breaks one but there are a lot of good quality ones and his have a gunmetal look to them. So much safer than him wearing his metal band, that’s for nicer occasions when real clothes are required and workout clothes are frowned upon lol

Strange how life can put you in the perfect place to help somebody and have the knowledge and equipment to actually do it. Probably nobody else around there could have with the small population. Now they have a great unusual story to tell everyone back home about their trip to the Bahamas, where there happened to be the perfect American there that day for the job. How random does that get ?!

I found a married couple 20k wedding rings at the beach. They also went after me asking me to search for the rings. I found them, husband was jumping up and down, wife was crying she hugged me and didn't let me go for long time. They offered $200 and I happily declined. The whole experience, just helping them and making their day was enough for me!

I'm not a treasure hunter but when i was on the Hawaiian island of Molokai 2months for work, i found myself snorkeling A LOT!
I was finished out in the water for the day four of the local kids ran up to me PLEADING for help retrieving their brothers Boogie Board which had drifted a longggg...way out. It took me 45 minutes to get get it back. I've never been so scared in my life being so far out and so close to the "Molokai Express" which is what they called the fast current between the islands. But FAIL isn't in my vocabulary. It being a small community, word spread quickly about the
"Crazy Haoli" that got the board back for the kids.
There's no better feeling than being celebrated as a hero.
Turned out it was his older brothers Competition Board, and the owner was the local Champion. I was just glad i could help....all the delicious sushi and
Pu Pu platters their Aunties made me was just a great bonus!
