(thought it would work as normal due to it being water proof within certain parts of the detector), on dry land and sand worked well. My first one, so still have lots to learn

Hey! They told me that it was illegal to metal detect in john pennekamp state park! But it is cool there. I saw a big school of tarpon swimming in the hole there and they kinda scared me when they came at me!

Hey Jake, you really inspired me. I was around 9 or so when I first started watching your videos and I really enjoyed them. When I was 12 I really got into scuba diving and about 6 months after my 13th birthday I got into a scuba class. I'm now 14 and have many plans in the future with scuba diving. Im gonna be doing the nitrox class soon and im also going to get my advanced license when I turn 15. I just wanted to thank you for inspiring me so much! I wouldn't be scuba diving if it weren't for you :)

I once lost my driver's license, my debit card, and car key in the ocean near tybee island like 10 years ago lol. Those waterproof latch boxes aren't as safe as they seem. None of it is any good anymore obviously and I don't have that car anymore, but I wonder if one day someone will find it. I feel bad about the inadvertent litering though. We try and make up for it by picking up trash when we walk

Great video loved the gear you were using to search with! Just enjoying yourself searching is the important part, the finds are secondary. The hit and miss search pattern was what showed me that. To have been more methodical in the search would have taken away from the enjoyment of the time in itself. Letting lose and just having a good time like this would do so many people so much good. Some things are only as hard as you make them, maybe it's time to bring back your inter kid and remember how fun things used to be before your life got all tied up into a knot about worries. It can be help you in ways you won't understand, I think that's what Jake is representing here!
Hey Dallmyd, the trailer originally comes from Italy. I got the same one from my grandmother and gave the necklace with pendant to my wife for her wedding. The pendant we have is from 1830 and depicts Saint Anna Maria.

Nice place to metal detect! This arr casiopias, in the jelly fish family, but they don't sting like one. If they touch your skin, it will just itch, kind of like sea lice! Looking forward to your next trip!
