I saw a stuffed turkey in one of your stores. One little story, my grandma made one of those when I was little. I’m going to say maybe early 80’s. My mom then ended up with it. Years later when I lost my parents, each of their great grandkids got to choose something to keep. So my grandson was a little over a year old and he through a fit. He wanted that turkey. So he called it bird-bird and it is at my house. My grandson is now 9 years old and always looks in my craft closet to make sure I never get rid of bird-bird. Lol! ❤

Your front porch looks so beautiful for the Fall season. Isnt it a wonderful feeling when the things you create sre noticed and appreciated. Thats the vibe I got when you said your husband peers out the window to admire the decorated porch. You absolutely did an amazing job with the plate holder. I see the importance of know what DT has especially when thrifting. Had you not known about the baskets you may not have picked up the plate holder. You so creative and I love the idea you had for the picnic basket. I can't do any of this because I dont have a porch. I live alone in a tiny cottage that I rent. Its small all of not quite 400 sq ft. Im thankful to God I have this roof over my head because 2years ago I was homeless at the age of 64. Never in a million years did I ever see that in my future. I had always been a home owner, owning 3 different homes throughout my marriage. Anyway I'm thankful to have what I do and just got back into the craft world this past year. Thank you so much for sharing your creative DIY'S and gorgeous porch. You sre such an inspiration. Both creatively and spiritually.

Super cute Fall DIY’s‼️ I’m not far from those thrift stores (2miles) and haven’t been to any of them yet. You got some cute stuff. But I nearly choked when you said that flower arrangement was nearly $12‼️😱 Think I’m better off waiting for the Fall clearance sales at Walmart n Hobby Lobby. Love what you did to the front porch, and great upcycle on the plate rack! I'll have to make sure to stop at the Red Barn and check it out. If you're free this weekend Oct. 6th and 7th, Second Chance is having their Annual Fall Bazaar with 60 different small business vendors, plus all the vendors inside the store. (shameless plug, I'm upstairs to the right on the left side of the building ☺) They are located on Hwy 95 in between Payette and Wieser.
