It has new batteries, the notification that arrives is "prying alarm", according to what I was seeing and it is the anti-vandalism alarm that the lock has but nothing like that, nobody is touching the lock and it starts to sound (the lock has its own speaker), any ideas?
I have a question, only is possible open by requesting open from keypad 9+#? Or is possible also open when I decide directly from mobile app without touch keypad?

mine goes *1 with now blue light at top. Yours goes *2. I have tried factory resetting , and everything else. also tried wifi through the user settings. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
@@fredericusiskandar9648 yeah I figured it out. Make sure the dead bolt lock buttonn is in the unlock position. That is the the button on the battery holder side of the lock just below the handle. Let me know

Figured it out. If your getting the *1 error turn the lock button to open under neath the battery side and under neath the handle
