So fun to see the video! Even though I got 10th place lol. Thanks for including me!
Was it thr brie and apple one? Is it inteded with tomato sauce? Does your sauce vary from the north American one if so? I know nothing about Norwegian cooking, but I think I want to! Lol
@@justhereforthevideos2798 Hey! Yeah, the brie and apple one. My family makes it with tomato sauce at least, and I have no idea if our sauce is different from the one from North America.. I get that it's not eveyones taste though haha, it's a little special but I love it
Hahaha I’m sorry!! 💜💜💜💜💜 I am gonna do it again with a non tomato base though cause the hot Brie and apple is divine!!!!!!
@@BerylShereshewsky Nothing to be sorry about hahah!
@@kajalouise you seem too gregarious to be norwegian lol! Haha
Ps: all Brazilian pizzas has cheese on it, so it's strange that heart palm was without it...in São Paulo we all eat that pizza with cheese on it.
Achei estranho tbm hahaha de repente a moça esqueceu de falar LOL
The girl forgot to mention
Well… calabresa pizza doesn’t have cheese (at least in São Paulo)
@Rodrygo Tanaka I’m from BH and e put cheese on it...
@@RodrygoTanaka In Minas Gerais all calabresa pizzas have mozzarella as well. I moved to São Paulo 2 months ago and haven't ordered it here yet but after your comment I just checked and indeed they don't add cheese here, WTF
Beryl! In Brazil we tend to put Catupiry evereywhere: in sushi, pasta, sauces, inside the coxinha, cakes and pies... It's wild. Hahahahaha
When I moved to the US in 97 Catupiry was what I missed the most
Catupiry lovers - hi5! 🤚
I like this one very much. But the onions and pepperoni/ calabresa is my favorite one.
If you cut a Brazilian in half, either they will ooze Catupiry or condensed milk. Or both. We have no blood in our veins anymore.
@@alinedireito9845 calabresa and portuguesa.
I’ve never seen an Aussie pizza made quite like that, I think a few things got lost in translation. We don’t ever put dried bacon bits on pizza, we’d use sliced fresh bacon, and we pretty much always use mozzarella cheese. This version feels like what you’d make at home if you didn’t quite have all the ingredients you needed.
That was my thought too, we don't have bacon bits here and you use mozzarella not cheddar, and all of the places I've gotten it from here (in Melbourne) it's had a mix of shredded ham and bacon
@Renae B
Yessssss.. A friend of mine is from Australia and says that she misses home because you can order a pizza with "bits of bacon", "bits of mushroom", "bits of this and that", as in, small pieces of bacon. Not "bacon bits" out of the jar.
Australians use the "bits" word a lot, and it simply means "small pieces of".
Came here to say this! More than one egg too sometimes as well :D
Agree 1000 percent! I just posted a similar comment. Im here to try it though. 🤓
I've always whisked the egg then 'drizzled' over all other toppings. Always ham for me too.
I remember getting pizza that had a white sauce, not tomato based, white cheeses, (parm, Swiss, provolone etc) and the only real topping was a LOT of mushrooms. I belive it was called a funjilie pizza or something like that, but for sure was one of the best pizza I have ever had. Can't go wrong with mushrooms 🍄 It's very odd for me to see that NONE of the pizzas in this video had mushrooms on them.. Very sad 😔
Being that I had a phobia of mushrooms one can go very wrong with mushrooms....lol but I feel that way with spinach I eat spinach with almost everything especially my pizza
In Tuscany, our favourite Pizzeria has white pizza with porcini (if in season) or truffles, both are devine!
So I am sure your version has to be amazing as well.
Agree with the mushrooms, they belong on my pizzas too. 💚
As a Neapolitan, it was so funny to see how different pizza toppings are around the world! I'm not one of those Italians who just turn around and say 'no' to non-traditional combos - I even tried pineapple on pizza once... not my cup of tea, but it wasn't disgusting. It was great to see hot dog and fries pizza, which was a favourite of mine when I was a kid, albeit without tomato sauce :D My absolute favourite is pizza salsiccia e friarielli, a white pizza with wild broccoli/turnip tops, Italian sausage and smoked mozzarella - no tomato. Delish!
In the US, i think friarielli usually is known as rapini or broccoli rabe. Either way it sounds delicious.
@@fordhouse8b yep!!
Now hear me out... HONEY on pizza. We have a local pizza chain that has one called "the Pollinator" - which has honey, pepperoni, and pepperocini. It's incredible! I make this at home sometimes and swap the pepperocini with jalapenos.
This with hot honey sounds amazing!
Do you add the honey before or after baking?
I love honey on pizza! The timr I tried it was with sausage, and gosf cheese with honey drizzle
Why the hell people put sweet and salty shit together, that's nasty as hell.
@@zZiL341yRj736 Well, that's like your opinion man. Are french fries with ketchup nasty? Fries are generally pretty salty, and a ketchup bottle contains close to 25% sugar. PB&J? plenty of both sugar and salt in peanut butter, and jelly is definitely sweet. Baked beans, hot dogs with relish. Pancakes with syrup and bacon on the side. See a pattern here?
There’s a reason why we love Catupiry so much here in Brazil hahaha It’s amazing with pretty much anything, just like Condensed Milk for sweet things hahaha
Beryl, the bri and apple pizza, at least the ones I’ve had, (which I’ve found fairly common on my trips to Europe) sould have a base of olive oil and balsamic reduction rather than red sauce. Also either can be swapped with Camembert or pears, also an addition on onion jam is quite delicious too!
I feel like the tomato sauce on the apple/brie pizza was a sad miss. My favourite toppings for a more dessert-y pizza are apple butter instead of tomato sauce, cheddar, roasted garlic, and pear. If you eat meat, add proscuitto on top! Tasty and super easy.
Here in the Philippines we just order pizza because almost people here don't know how to make pizza. Pizzas here are very cheap.
Ovens are also not a common household appliance in the Philippines. Unlike in the US where every house and apartment comes with it.
The very very cheap (like, 1.50~2.50usd 8~12") sidewalk "pizzas" aren't even pizzas, they're more like soft sad circular bread with watered down tomato sauce and half-melted cheese and one 1-inch triangle of ham per slice
@@Couryielle alsp dpesnt have nice crusts most of the time, but honestly it tastes pretty good and also for a quick snack
Lol same in India
lmao not too far away from the philippines here in indonesia pizza is a gourmet food, if you don't have a deep pocket definitely don't buy pizza cause it's expensive as heck
Oh man, too bad you lost the footage... But great episode anyway.
Go Brazil! Catupiry cheese is a classic Brazilian cheese spread, I'm glad you got to taste it. And the chicken catupiry pizza is one of the most popular over here (and one of my favourites as well).
I've been living in France for 18 years and every single time I go back to Brazil I just have to eat chicken catupiry pizza, it's super delicious! Btw when I describe catupiry to non Brazilians I say think of a cheese chantilly :)
Swedish pizza is the definition of drunk people food. So weird, but so good
I’d eat it.
I’m curious if the Apple and Brie pizza recipe stated that you’d use a tomato based sauce. I make one that just uses olive oil and it’s delicious. The pizza sauce just doesn’t go with it.
I enjoy it with pears more than apples! I use flat bread pear Brie and a hot honey!
Also if you want to add meat, TURKEY! Like carved turkey. So good
@@ItsJustJakieG
Sounds good!
Add some walnut and fresh rocket/arugola and it's heaven on a plate.
Unless you have a nut allergy of course.
It's not Norwegian
@@lukasbiktjrn4822 I mean, it's not like there's a national registry of recipes. I'm pretty sure a bunch of Italian grandmothers are turning in their graves at the thought of Pizza Americana...
Pizza episode let's gooo!!
I understand how frustrating it is to accidentally delete an important file, so it's okay, Beryl!! This video is still enjoyable and always a highlight of my Tuesday nights. Haha.
yeah the episode is enjoyable but to be honest seeing her expression after the first bite, is also quite important, I love her expressions be it happy, confused or surprised, it just adds to the feel of the video
Finally beryl giving brazilian food the love it deserves
OMG KARYS IS MY BEST FRIEND AND SHE IS IN THIS VIDEO AND I DIDNT KNOW?!??? SHE SURPRISED ME CAUSE SHE KNOWS IM A FAN AAAAAAA KARYS I LOVE YOUUUUU THANKS FOR REPRESENTING OUR COUNTRY 💛💛💛💛💛💛💛
"Frango (chiken) com catupiry" is one of my favorite pizzas of all times. If you can, you should also try "carne de sol (sun dried meat) com catupiry". It's AWESOME!
Side note: I'm Brazilian and the way you pronounced "catupiry" was really cute ❤️
Yes! Totally agree... In my city, we call this pizza "nordestina" .... Carne seca and lots of Pepper! Perfect.
Hi Beryl, I would love to try all those pizzas. The heart of palm one is never made without cheese, at least where I live here in Brazil. In fact I don't think I've ever seen a pizza without tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese here in Brazil. Those are the staple ingredients, along with the pizza dough.
tem algumas regiões do Brasil que se você não pedir a pizza com queijo eles não mandam kkkkkkk fiquei chocada quando soube disso
Missed oportunity to make a real Portuguesa, with hearts of palm, boiled eggs, ham, mozzarella, onions, olives, peas and corn. Chicken catupiry is good, but a good Portuguesa is top of the charts!
@@1789Henrique Nunca vi Portuguesa com palmito, deve ser uma delícia.
normalmente eu vejo mais como entrada, feito pizza branca.
My pizza place in São Paulo never adds cheese to the Calabrese pizza
omg the swedish pizza is really truly a classic here in sweden i'm a bit ashamed of it bc every time in food channels has a pizza theme they always bring up swedish banana and curry pizza haha. but fun that you liked it! i haven't tried it in like ten years and back then i hated it but maybe i should give it another shot after this episode :)!
You seem very sociable and gregarious . Are you sure you're Swedish? Joking haha)
I’m do happy you liked our swedish pizza! Most people, I feel, are skeptical but then they try it and they change their mind
Pineapple. Love it. Let the rage begin! ;-)
Also, spinach and garlic is awesome.
absolutely obsessed with how you pronounce “catupiry”
love from brazil ❤️🥰❤️ your channel is amazing 🤩
Omg beryl, all brazilians pizzas have cheese LOL the hearts of palm one also have cheese girl 😂😂😂😂
I am a pineapple on pizza fan - but for some reason, the thought of banana on pizza freaks me out.
We have a local pizza joint Ians that does some wild pizzas like mac and cheese pizza, penne pesto pizza etc. Their thanksgiving slice is an annual ritual for me.
Telleggio and mushroom!
I was very surprised by a cheeseless palm pizza. I mean, we usually don't have cheeseless salt pizza on Brazil to the extent of my knowledge.
I will definitely try the garlic, pepperoncini, and red onion pizza. My husband and I LOVE pepperoncini. Kettle Brand chips has a pepperoncini flavoured chip that I recommend :) once again great video and cheers from 🇨🇦!
Pepperoncini, garlic, mushrooms. And pineapple. I know.........but the sweet and tangy works so well.
I like peppercini by themselves too. Might be good on pizza. Used to get them with my chef’s salad at one restaurant and loved them.
Love garlic and onion. Tend to like Vadalia onions and sweet onion, but red onion works too. Especially with pizza.
I used to run a Neapolitan pizza place and one of the most popular pizzas I came up with was the "Briezy". It had a base of caramelized onion chutney (no red sauce), thin slices of marinated beef (herbs de Provence seasoning), a canelle of brie on each slice and then topped with thinly sliced green apples AFTER it comes out of the oven. Definitely worth the work!
(I think you might like the onion/apple combo better than the red sauce/apple!)
@@toejammiepie Naples has best pizza! Bad pasta though!
I’m hungry now. Lol
The Frango com Catupiry is my favorite! I think is a Brazilian Staple and very loved pizza ❤️🙏🏻🇧🇷
I'm so glad you've tried the wonders of catupiry cheese and enjoy it. That pizza is amazing, we have many other crazy toppings here in Brazil, you should definitely try it.
Fun fact: ironically the no cheese palm heart pizza, it's from the state (Minas Gerais) where people are known for being obsessed with cheese.
Before I met my husband I rarely ate pepperoncini and never had them in the house. Now they are a staple which we buy all the time. I will have to try that pizza sometime.
The German doner pizza reminds me of a very popular pizza here in Denmark. Ours has a tomato base, kebab/doner meat and cheese on it, and then when it’s bakes you add iceberg lettuce and dressing on top. It’s sold at basically every pizza/kebab shop here and it’s so good!
Chicken with catupiry pizza is really amazing. Chicken heart pizza is also a good choice.
I’ve had that brazilian pizza before! SO GOOD!!
I saw a pizza in Paris that was called "Spanish pizza" and had chorizo, canned mussels, garlic and parsley. I'm Spanish and I can confirm that chorizo is normal toping in Spain, it's like our pepperoni pizza, but I had never seen canned mussels on pizza before!
@Rita
It's the same as the Italians in this video calling a pizza with hot dogs and French fries "American" pizza. Those toppings are something you just would not see in this country, but I guess Italians think that Americans eat hot dogs and French fries constantly.
@@lisahinton9682 honestly that pizza reminded me more of salchipapas from Peru!
So here in Brunei, there’s two common flavors in most pizza places: Tuna Delight pizza and Honey Garlic Chicken pizza 😂 and no we don’t make pizza, we order them ahahah
The best pizza I've ever had had pumpkin cream base instead of tomato, with gorganzola and mozzarella. Its amazinggg
Loved the video 😊👍❤❤ So many of these looked delicious! Sorry you lost your footage but the video was still amazing hun. Thank you for sharing and all your hard work❤❤
Also honorable mention to breakfast pizza! Sausage gravy, bacon, scrambled egg top? With GARLIC BUTTER CRUST? 😭
OMG!
I feel for the poor girl from Italy with the "Curly fries". Don't knock it until you have tried it. Give her a break, ppl! 😊
The most interesting pizza I ever had was at a Japanese restaurant in Vancouver, eggplant and teriyaki sauce with cheese. The base wasn’t tomato tho lol. I went back years later to have it again but the restaurant was gone.
I wonder if the apple and Brie pizza was meant to have tomato because I ate it before actually and the base was a sweet honey type sauce ??
Agreed. I've seen a few variations on this, not one had tomato sauce lol
Yes, I've tried this without tomato sauce, but with some kind of honey mustard mayo
Eggplant and catupiry works really well too!!!
I saw a Japanese movie years ago and the one thing I remember is them ordering pizza with eggplant!
@@deboratunesdonascimento5253 that sounds delicious !!!
The oddest but most delicious one I've had is "Portuguese pizza" in Brazil with onions, hard boiled eggs, soft cheese, onions and ham. For some reason the hard boiled eggs just completely threw me. I believe the version I had also included peas
Here in Australia you can just crack the egg onto the pizza, but I tend to beat it with a bit of pepper and then drizzle the beaten egg over the pizza. I have never used just cheddar cheese on a pizza either, I buy what is called Pizza Cheese, it's a combination of cheeses that includes mozzarella, but I don't remember all of them off the of my head. If you try it again give beating the egg a try. I have made the Aussie pizza for breakfast so it's a great any time of the day food😁💜
In the US, if you buy a pizza cheese blend instead of just straight mozzarella, it usually includes provolone cheese.
When I lived in Brazil many years ago the favorite pizza place put corn on their catupiry é frango pizza. It was next level.
Frango com catupiry is my favorite pizza in the world! ✨
Honestly, I loved hearing you talk about each pizza even more than watching you eat them! Love you videos :)
So many great ideas! It's interesting to see how many flavour profiles and preferences exist around the world. It's actually so eye opening and inspiring, maybe I'll have to try some of these out. Thank you Beryl for bringing us valuable knowledge about cuisines and flavors around the world.
Chicken and Catupiry is top tier Brazilian combination, we put not only in pizza, but in pastel, coxinha, and many others dishes
I'm Australian, but I'm from Victoria. I've never seen an aussie pizza with cheddar cheese and bacon bits! In Victoria, I always see "Aussie" pizzas with tomato sauce, shredded ham, cheese, pineapple and egg. Sometimes red onion and/or bacon as well!
Thanks for the videos Beryl. I’ve watch MANY!!
Oh I definitely want more of this!!!
To be fair about the Italian pizza (although i don't like wurstel and patatine), we don't put as much topping on pizzas here because the dough is as equally important and we don't think of it as a kind of cracker to load up your favourite topping on. The amount of hotdog and fries was about 3 times the amount we would put.
I was thinking the same, that pizza was so full :D
Mac and cheese pizza is a thing up here in Wisconsin! I know it probably sounds bizarre but it's actually really good. Cheese sauce instead of tomato sauce, macaroni noodles, and a blend of cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Some places also add bacon.
Oh hell yeah! That's my entire jam
Loved it! I’ll be trying some new combinations soon🙂
The greatest pizza on earth is: base, caramelized onion, gorgonzola, and unsalted potato chips. You can't have it every day; it's pure fat, but omg, it's incredible. For bonus points, make a chipotle mayo to have with it - your mouth will love you for ever.
I love these videos. Can't wait to try some of these. I have two favourite pizza toppings. One is a hummus base with spinach, red onion and sun-dried tomatoes. The second is Basil pesto base with feta cheese crumbed over and tomato and red onion. So good.
Loved these ideas for pizza!
This should totally be little series, where people send in there favourite pizza toppings. I love seeing all the different varieties. I’m really excited to try some of these.😁
It is a series!
For the Swedish pizza, consider exchanging the ham for chicken and adding peanuts (like the submitter suggested).
It's probably enough to put it at number 2 or even 1. :-)
G'day from Australia! I'm glad you liked the Aussie pizza! I'll take being in the top five, haha. I would only eat it for breakfast as cold leftovers from the night before 🍕🍕🍕
Frango com carupiry! It's really good, in Brazil, generally this is the pizza we choose when there'll be lots of people to eat and we want to please everybody 😂
As a expat Brazilian, my mouth was watering the whole time watching the Frango com Catupiry pizza! It is the best, and I am glad you tried! I miss this flavor a lot!
OMG I am from Brazil and love the chicken and catupiry pizza! The most popular pizza flavour in Brazil… 😛😋
I tried this delicious white sauce, artichoke dip, & red pepper pizza at a restaurant. Here's the ingredients from the menu if you want to try it: "house-made garlic cream, organic spinach dip & red pepper pesto, roasted tomatoes, mozzarella, parmesan cheese & crushed red pepper, finished with garlic olive oil & fresh basil"
My favorite non-traditional pizza is baked potato pizza! It usually has ranch and/or sour cream for the base sauce, layers of cubed or sliced potato, crumbled bacon, green onion, shredded cheese, and then a light drizzle of more ranch on top. It's so good! I've also made a fantastic pizza with roasted garlic spread on it as the sauce, sliced potatoes, sausage, and cheddar. If I could try any of the toppings here, I'd be really interested to try corn on pizza!
Baked potato soups is good, but baked potato pizza sounds even more awesome! My girlfriend loves potato, I'll be sure to try making this.
Just to clarify the Aussie is tomato base, mozzarella, bacon rashers (or pieces of rashers) not bacon bits, and the egg. Onion is optional and not very common.
To clarify even more for my fellow Americans, rashers are slices of back bacon, essentially the same part of the pig from which pork chops are cut. These thin slices of pork usually are attached to a small section of pork belly, the cut from which ‘regular’ bacon is made in the US, which the British (maybe Aussies too?) call streaky bacon.
@@fordhouse8b yeah, eye bacon is the big round bit, streaky is what the Brits call it and they shave it super thin. That's crap. We keep it a bit thicker. The whole lot together we call middle bacon. The streaky bit we call rashers really, but I was hoping that might come across a bit better.
For those watching a year later the hot dogs and fries pizza is supposed to be in white with no tomate sauce, and you should be using classic fries not curly maybe it doesnt affect anything but it doesnt look right, and im not sure if its usually done but i remember atleast seeing it once where the pizza chef put fresh fries after the rest of the pizza was done out the oven, but as i said im not sure if its how its usually prepared
i love that you mention how the diet industry and people has made you cut out an amazing foos you love and specially that you will eat it a lot from now on! ❤️
Agree on the Doner Pizza, I had it once when in Sweden with a bunch of freshly made doner topped on it and it was one of the best pizzas I've ever had.
Yeah, that one is called kebab pizza and is very common and popular!
We used to get the pizza with fries when we went on holiday in Italy. It's really nice to just pick off the fries first and then have a really good pizza afterwards. The place where we got it from used to call it Pizza Hansel and Gretel :D
I just created one. Pizza dough with Curry Tuna, spicy cheese and chilli garlic sauce or with tomato sauce.
MAMAMIA!
Catupiry with chicken is the best combination EVER for pizza topping! I was born and raised in Brazil, but now living in the US, I miss so much this pizza (yeah, we can still make it at home, but not the same as the ones from the pizza places where they cover the pizza with catupiry and they're made in a brick oven...heavenly!!)
Oh my goodness, what an awesome episode, even though I can’t imagine how frustrating it must have been when you realized that you had deleted the footage. It happens to the best of us. Kudos for staying positive and making the best of it. Keep making awesome videos!
That Swedish one feels like it should be common in Germany as we also have the combination of tropical fruits with ham and cheese with some curry powder sprinkled on top in many cheat dishes
Not my favorite pizza, but definitely the most memorable one I've had was in Japan. It had mentaiko (pollock roe), mochi pieces and mayonnaise! Somehow the mochi was the strangest part of the combo...
I was with a big group of friends and only three of us (me included) were like "it's edible", others were absolutely disgusted 😂
Great minds think alike! I've had a pickle pizza on my menu for the past few years and people love it!
Beryl’s big sis showing up gets me every time!!!🥰🥰🥰
My favoured pizza always has pineapple and kalamata olives, even if I am ordering from Dominos, which will have them added as extras. I occasionally with make pizza at home with a store-bought dough. It xtill will have olives and pineapple on it.
I knew catupiry pizza would win hahaha
We have so many amazing pizzas here in Brazil
Me too. My favourite pizza of the world is the frango a bolognese from Brazil. It's what I always order there. It's similar to that one which is a newer simplified version of the one I'm saying which has Bolognese sauce too.
If you liked Catupiri, can you imagine it as a filling on round pumkin with srimp? Is heaven!
Apples/or pear and brie/or chevre is much better on a white pizza, a cream cheese instead of tomato sauce! Greatings from Norway ;)
Love it. All of it!
Yaaay Frango com Catupiry is always amazing! 😍😍😍😍😍
So glad to see 2 brazilian options there!!
But the palm heart pizza I think it was lacking more info hahah there's definitely cheese on it. Most foreigners complain that our pizza has too much cheese 😂.
Normally is tomato sauce, palm heart, cheese, and a bit of oregano. Try it again, you'll find it even more amazing!
Hmmmm catupiry is so good 😍 too bad I don't live in BR anymore and can't find it here where I live :( plus I'm pregnant, so now I'm craving it 🤣🤣 help
Beryl, off topic, but do you think a video on egg salad sandwich recipes would fly? I put curry powder and finely chopped shallot in mine. I don't know if there would be enough variety to make a video, but it might work. You're probably my favourite UA-camr, and I am subscribed to around 60 channels,😳. I really loved your wedding episode, you were stunning, and Raj was so handsome. And you both were so happy! It makes me smile to think of it.
I also have an epic recipe for salmon pie if anyone is interested.
An egg salad sandwich episode sounds amazing. I'm sure we can find so many different ways of making them. That's one of the things I most love about this channel.
Catupiry is a serious business here in Brazil 😂 we put it in many dishes and mostly on appetizers such as Coxinha, Pão de Queijo, Pizza and even on Hot Dogs. It’s a must! Glad you liked it!
So happy the brazilian chicken and Catupiry was the number 1 !! It's my favorite pizza of all even if I live in Italy and have eaten so many different kinds of pizzas... Catupiry is so delicious and unique 😍😍😍
My weird was a leftover paneer sabji and it tasted bomb ❤️❤️❤️
In the US, desi pizzas are a thing, take any chicken/paneer curry, and put it on a pizza base, and garnish with chutney of choice. Its really really good!
@@chandrakala978 that taste bomb ❤️
Man, frango com catipury & Pizza a Portugeusa is the best ever.. love Brasil and their pizza!!
For the Australian pizza you should go in with uncooked bacon and let it cook in the oven with the pizza - we don't have bacon pieces like you guys do already cooked so she just meant small pieces. Also pizza shops will crack a few eggs into a sauce bottle and squeeze it over the pizza.
Beryl, I really enjoy your work. What a clever young woman you are!🤗
Mmmmm gotta try a version of the banana pizza! I loved the idea of the curry powder on top.
There was a restaurant where I live that had a Flatbread pizza that I never thought I would love, but I truly loved it. It was a Flatbread pizza with balsamic reduction as the base, dried cranberries, candied pecans, garlic gorgonzola and Parmasan cheese and shallots. There are obviously great subs for this: blue cheese, spicy pecans, dries cherries, any Italian hard cheese etc! It's so good and worth a try!
Chicken with catupiry is the best topping/filling ever. I have been eating it for my whole life and i highly recommend it.
I think Beryl...is probably the most community focused and innovative food UA-cam right now. That's not a knock on anyone else by any means. Just because there's a lot of similar format and style shows doesn't mean any of them are bad or bad quality. Most I watch are very good and engaging! But Beryl, has such a unique twist and experience in adding in so much community engagement and fresh new commentary formats like this episode. And you can tell she genuinely enjoys doing this work and the way she is doing it. Miss Beryl has really grown on me if you can't tell 😂
To be a Brazilian right now is SO satisfying! Catupiry is the best thing ever! And this chicken and Catupiry pizza is one of my favorites
