I took a look at the USGS topo maps and it shows no cemetery anywhere in that area. But, it does show what could be some old buildings scattered throughout. Always fun to just pic a place and see what you can find. I am gonna say check it off as no cemetery. Thanks for taking us along!
Loved that thanks Cliff. A shame you didn’t find it, hopefully one of your subscribers will know. That train sounded beautiful timed just right. Thanks for taking me along. Please take care
I did some research. I think the cemetery is on cemetery road not cemetery trail. There is a clear area at the end of cemetery rd with some stone structures that look like head stones. Go back again.
Find a Grave website or an old plat map (they usually show were cemeteries are) might help with your search. A great adventure - thanks for taking us along.
I love to hear train whistles off in the distance. They sound so lonesome. Loved this hike. I was wondering how they got the trailer back there. I didn't notice a wide enough road. I emailed you about a utube about graves that had no headstone ,just were squares of rocks that looked like small foundation of a building. Maybe that kind is up there and is too overgrown even in winter to see. I enjoyed this one as usual. Be safe.❤❤❤❤
There is a cemetery in Pine Grove furnace state park. Pass the furnace , cross the creek and head up the hill cemetery is on the left. It used to be marked as such.. Love your adventures.
Hello cliff thanks for taking us on that little Adventure there's a Cemetery Road in my neck of the woods yes there's a cemetery there the road is about 30 minutes from my home take care love from upstate New York❤😊🪦⚱⚰
I remember taking a field trip to Pine Grove Furnace and they took us up behind Fuller lake to an old cemetery. No headstones just rocks. I haven't been there since and don't remember exactly where its at.
Cliff, you need to look at OLD historic maps from surveyors , land ownership maps, road construction, town planning, etc. New maps wouldn't have this stuff.
Your mission Mr Phelps is to find every cemetery in that Forrest in 2024 , if you fail we will disavow any knowledge of this channel , this comment will self destruct 😆🤪 ✌️🤙
It was a great ramble--cemetery, or no cemetery! Thanks for sharing.
I love exploring there... Camp Michaux is cool too... it was a WWII pow camp then a scout camp...
Great hike
I have been there several times.
Whenever I see old cemeteries, I always wonder if anyone is still living and aware they have relatives buried there.

The fun is in the hunt!
Cliff, you can also try an older topographic map of the area. Cemeteries are usually listed on them.

Old cemeteries are cool. Too bad we could not locate it if it is there in the first place.
It reminds me of when I go looking for a new strippen pit.
So I'll take that as a no for unblocking me cliff?
