Tachycardia is known as rapid heartbeat and can lead to a heart attack if left untreated. One thing I don't like is that all treatment is from in the bus (yes some places call the ambulance the bus like in NYC). The fact that there are no portable devices like EKG, drug box etc. (perhaps coming for for the release) is actually annoying.

Tachycardia doesn't turn into a heart attack, a heart attack is from blockage. Tons of people live with IST thats idiopathic and don't get any arrhythmia or LVH.
