Although it was black magic, she still had a moral principle keeping it from being evil. The ethic rationale was that the spell would cause no harm IF the politicians did not do anything evil with legislation for the governance of the country. Casting the spell at the government building giving them CLEAR WARNING that continuing evil ways will only cause you problems once the spell is cast , then cast it, gave them plenty of opportunity to avoid the negative consequences. No in reality you have to be careful with that type of stuff because what ever energy and attention you give to something whether good or bad it can have a boomerang affect and come back on you. Its also called Law Attraction hence is why if your a mean hateful person in life your gonna attract mean hateful people into your experience also..Like attracts like so be careful how much you wish ill on someone else even if they did you wrong karma will eventually catch up to them and all you have to do is simply sit back and watch, it never fails and no one is immune to it. And it usually manifest its self as what we call "bad luck" / major health issues at some point in life.... 😉
