Alice Oseman is the GOAT! The real MVP. Heartstopper awakened something deep inside my queer soul that I didn't know I missing, until I was. This show is so special and the younger queer generation are so lucky to have this story in their lives. Thank you Alice, for sharing your talent with us all and sharing this incredible story with the community, and the world at large. Heartstopper forever (please give us a season 4)!
The story of Heartstopper touched a very sentitive fiber in me, made me remember my youth, back when I was still figuring out myself beyond of what I knew I was and what I wanted in my life, and brought me joy, so much joy, and also so many tears (happy tears). And even when I want to thank both Kit and Joe for what they've done and what they've given us, it wouldn't be possible if it wasn't for Alice. So, thank you so so much for giving life to this world of joy, happiness, hope, strength and resilience, but also love. Not only romantic love, but family love and, specially, friends' love. This group of amazing kids, and this group of amazing actors wouldn't be here, at this point, if it wasn't for all the love that grew between them, so, again, thank you so so much for showing the other side of the coin. For letting younger audiences, contemporary and older alike, to see and feel what it is to be loved so deeply, not only by your significant other, but by your friends, your family and those who you choose to be "your family" My best wishes on the final chapter of the story, and I'm hoping we get to see more of you and everyone else for another (or maybe two more?) seasons on Netflix P.D.: Bring someone who loves cats ON SCREEN
I don't think I'll be able to fully express to Alice how grateful I am for her creating Heartstopper and bringing to life so many heartwarming characters. The joy that the story has brought to the audience is magical.
What would suck about not getting a season 4 is that all the stories that have been beefed up in the show won’t really have a resolution. The comics barely cover any of the other characters’ story arcs beyond Nick and Charlie’s
I was thinking about this. Isaac is aromantic and asexual. But he never gets asked how he can feel that about himself yet believe it's OK for others to want romance and sex. If the story focused just on Isaac, how would a hopeful story be told. What kind of relationship would he want, and would he get it given some want romance, or if not that, then sex? Friends, even close ones, often put barriers between then that prevent something like marriage where you want to have that companionship, that is, a relationship when maybe sex doesn't matter anymore. I wonder how that would work out and could it be kept Heartstopper happy. It's an interesting topic for Season 4.
To be honest, we need a final season 4. But i don't know if that's possible with the same actors/actresses, same people and stuff . It would be nice or maybe just a final movie .
I love Alice and she is so creative I need heartstopper in my life because it helps me get through bad times that’s why I love it.❤
