Love the sound of those Lollar FBs. How good is the Kitchen Sink? It seems incredibly versatile but at that price I wonder if it's better having separate clean and dirty (Fender/Vox and Marshall style) amps.
The Kitchen Sink 6VEL is probably our favorite amp in the shop when we can keep it in stock. For me, the highlight is the Marshall side because the options are so stinking good (JTM/JMP/80's "Jose" mod). But it does the Fender and Vox stuff just as well too. The ability to "blend" the Fender and Vox voicings is something that would take a lot more gear to achieve with separate amps. You'd also generally be looking outside of the standard production lines within any of those brands to get amps that will truly compare in terms of components, transformers and point-to-point wiring. Once you factor that in, you'll probably end up paying more for multiple amps.
Man this sounds so good
Sounds insane.
It's an exceptional guitar with a unique voice. I've never played another guitar that sounded quite like it!
