The level of spell or summon by this card will be (SBS + the real card) / 2 = ?, then you can + with echo bonus.
Example : My SBS is lvl 11, while my Thunderstorm is lvl 17 and my echo is boost the echo by 2
It will be : ([11 + 17 ] /2 ] +2 = 16
then the thunderstorm that i got from SBS will have level 16.
BTW, SBS can be coppied by Prior Incantato!

P2w people will benefit a lot from this ........, it's not that useful to me, for example a lvl 10 thunderstorm it's not that great, specially in global . But yeah, not surprised

i take back all the bad things i said about this card. It's awesome!
It gave me thunderstorm and orb of water with 2 MP cost each!
While they're based on the card's level it still provides an awesome tool.
Glad the devs listened. Will try it on duels later. But so far in forest, it's amazing.
Edit: Tried it on duel mode. It's chaotic to say the least.
Each player using it causes an abundance of single use cards. An opponent gets one just by using it.
And the whole RNG can range from a simple oppugno card to a devastating lightning storm.
Even summons are not spared. I got 2 Locomotor in one go, making this card possibly one of the most powerful cards out there.
Even got lucky with incarcerus and confringo, all of them costing 2 MP each!
Either you think it's the most powerful weapon you got in your arsenal, or the most broken tool ever.
But regardless, it's hella fun. Been using it nonstop in duels, and forest.
I gave this card alot of flak when i first saw it. But hot damn is it chaotic!

This card is broken asf. They're definitely gonna have to nerf it in the next update.
