If "faulty equipment" could not be used in an underground mine nothing would be allowed to move.
What equipment is allowed to move?

I worked as an underground mechanic in Western Areas , R.S.A. Never happened like this but it should have done.

How do you ensure that the air/ventilation reaches the loading level to purify the dust especially at the loading Area?
That's the right way to mine.
