I am not sure where its going to go from here given that a lot of new breweries that have sprouted all over the city seem to be making mediocre beer. Its almost become a cliche gimmick.

You'll have tried bir from quite a few places. Have you tried this hole-in-the-wall place called Taj Biryani on Kamanahalli called RS Palya? AMAZING veal red bir... not a total fan of bir but this place takes the cake!

You guys should visit Alchemy. No brewery is as consistent as they are. Very underrated.
