It’s good because of the pacing - when you play a similar part for a long time, the human brain longs for a change, making you more receptive to change when it happens. Another thing that is also often good are risers that can rise into the new part, or signature sounds/motifs (just search what motifs in music are if you don’t know) before every new part in a song - so every time you hear that sound/motif, you anticipate a changeup. Good melodic motifs btw - and yes, nice transition!
